I came across a post on the official forums recently in which someone explained how they had created a module which was simply a library - it held numerous books that contained details of his favourities real life books and how he rated them - a simple catalogue.
Which made me recall just how many unbelievable memories I have already had in my first year here at Neverwinter Connections and all the DM games I have taken part in. Years later, instead of reading a document with my memories, how about loading up a module called 'Neverwinter Memories' ?
I would walk into a beautiful library full of books, each one detailing my experiences in my campaigns and adventures here (as well as any enjoyable single player games too and anything else Neverwinter related such as memorable PWs etc). To be even more fancy, you could associate simple scripts that would allow the ghost of your characters to appear when you look at the memory, or maybe even recall some famous moment. Anyone remember the sensatorium in Planescape Torment? You could create your own in Neverwinter Nights and ensure these memories last a life time. And even if you are not a builder, you can build that 'one' module (it would be terribly simple) that showcases it all.
What do you guys think? I definitely will begin one I think - in a few years I am sure it will be quite a sight And I think showing it to someone in the future would probably be an easy way to shock them senseless when it reveals just how unbelievable NWN can be in having been the place where one person managed to have all these adventures.

P.S If other people made these, I would love to walk around and read/see the many adventures of other NWNites too Modules full of memories....
My husband's module will have - in the next version - books that chronicle the adventures of the characters that went through the current version. He is going to recreate some of the characters in the module, as if they "retired" and came back to the area, as Innkeepers and Merchants.
I think it will a touching and thoughtful (and often hilarious) tribute to the players. - J'Dai

Surly Mordke will have at lest a large shrine dedicated to him with the caption:
Ironically I am playing the last episode of Penultima Rerolled and there is a reference to a lost 'badgy' in that (literally - 'badgy'- didn't realise badgys were a staple Neverwinter Nights mascot. But then there was that NWN official badger wallpaper too
Course us players need all the DM killers we can get.. the badgy seems to be a creature of generally underappreciated power!
There's now a place where these memories can go...
*insert shameless plug*
The new NWC Live server contains a module that is slowly being expanded. The latest addition, which I'll build sometime before next weekend, is a library - and I'd like to fill it with these memories! (Thanks for the reminder, Calciumtrice.) So, if you have a story that you'd like to share with others, please do get in touch, it would be lovely to have these books available to the community.
It's an OC-only ("vanilla" I believe the word is) module, so if you can create the item yourself given that restriction, just mail me the erf and I will add it. If you can't, send me the text of the book and the script required to generate the image and I'll create it for you.
