I already write a column for it, so chances are good. It's a new magazine. *fingers crossed* As they say. |

| The Magazine would be Games Elite, first issue in September, then bi-monthly. My column starts in the second (November) and runs every issue (until they get bored with it or the readers tell them it's crap). I'm guessing, the earliest this article could appear is the third issue - which would be January. It's one of the binds of the writing game, I'm working on something else for Eden Studios (their Eden Studios Presents publication) that won't appear until issue six - issue one has just been released (July) and it's bi-monthly! Depending on how they want it, I may be contacting individuals anyway for mini-interviews or something. Assuming they commission it.

Glad to hear about the possible article Fandomlife! In my view the basic DM Client is fairly simple to use. What makes the DM Client more difficult is that the NWN manual did not give much guidance about how to use it as a tool to tell a story. The DM Client is actually far more powerful than the sparse instructions about the commands would lead one to believe. For a long time, I waited to start DMing because I thought that taking DM101 was necessary. Back in fall 2002, when I started, DM101 was offered very frequently. However, the DM101 classes would always fill up instantly, so for months I could not take the course. This was before the advent of DMFI modules and DMFI tools, so there was less guidance available for new DMs. Finally, I decided to just give DMing a try and not worry about DM101. By the time I finally took DM101, I had already DMed three games, and had experience DMing solo, so DM101's coverage of the DM Client was a little redundant, though the class itself was a superb introduction to the basic DM Client. For me, the best part of the DM101 class was actually meeting fellow new DMs, including Dcook22 and Thaelson, both old pen and paper DMs like myself. We formed a DM team after meeting in DM101, and together, we learned "on the job." Arawen
