The video is faked, or so the general concensus in the community seems to suggest.
It's very hard to compare WoW and NWN, at least in terms of how NWN is largely played here. In fact, it's almost pointless. It's a bit like comparing pen and paper RPG's and WoW - they are so completely different (certain approaches to D&D aside).
I play WoW, but I play it for completely different reasons as to why I play and DM NWN. Now depending on your style of play in NWN, they may be more similar, but by and large they are very different.

Wow, way to get defencive on me. I'm not bashing the game at all, I'm not even talking about the game for Cthulhu's sake! I'm speaking exclucively about the video and that I heard it's staged and then explaining why the people who said that believe it is fake. And for your information about the respawning, the messageboard I brought those points from has a fairly hefty death penalty but not permadeath which is what I prefer.
I myself am not a PW guy and thats because I'm not an MMORPG guy and I won't play WoW because I cannot afford a monthly fee (and to a lesser extent because I hate having to sit in front of the computer and level my character directly with the intention of leveling him rather then leveling as a result of other intentions) and I'm not saying it's bad or wrong and am actually speaking off topic now as I'm refering to WoW as a game and not the Leeroy vid.

Let it go, y'all... it's not that big of a deal.
As I said in my first post... I don't mean to offend any WoWers. Take it for what it is... a funny vid and let it be just that.
J'Dai... can we get a lock on this before it gets out of hand anymore than it already has?
