Ok we're up and running again.

The mod's been updated to include more areas/shops in Morovia. Some additional npcs have been sprinkled about.

Module updated to 12 Feb 2007

- More areas added to Morovia. Existing areas remodelled a bit to add more trees.
- BESIE scripts tweaked to provide larger numbers of weaker CR encounters for more horde style engagements.
- BESIE encounters customized for N Whitecliff Ruins and some random treasure and traps added to the area. upto CR2 non-scaling.
- BESIE customized encounters replace old BW encounters in Darkwood village. These scale and are more horde like than previously - be forewarned Darkwood Village area remodeled a little as well.

Servervault and database have been backed up as of today.

Players inactive for more than a year have been deleted from the servervault, though these are backed up offline and can be restored individually by request from returning players.

I've had a security breach with my credit card this past month and have had to submit some paperwork to confrim my ID and such. Unfortunately, they've suspended my account till this is fully resolved. Because of that, the server fee was not paid on time this month and has been taken down. I'm told it may be resolved within the week when I talked with them again today, but nothing's certain yet.

I'm postponing our next session for a week and hopefully everything will be fixed by then.

Sorry for the problems and I'm going to look for another credit card provider as I'm pretty pissed off with how they've given me the runaround over the past two months on this whole issue and screwed up my life, even though I'm the victim of the fraud

I've still not heard from my CC co, but have accepted a private offer for future hosting. This will not be ready in time for the scheduled session, so I'm pushing the game back another week, when hopefully we'll be good to go.

Our new server home has been established and will be ready for the upcoming scheduled session. A few final finishing touches and it will be up generally 24/7 for those who wish to frolic in PW play.

I'd like to thank Percephone for gratiously donating the time and equipment for our new home.

The server still isn't showing up for me on gamespy in the rooms though it does on my favorites and history pages. I'd recommend bookmarking it when you can to ease access in the future.

The IP address above is valid and DC with that works fine for me.

Most noticeable changes....

I've cleaned house in the entry area. All merchants are gone, you can shop in the village. Non-Perrinland transition areas have been deleted as Perrinland is the only area really set up for PW play atm.

Added a campfire resting area on the top level of Axedorf.

Disabled HCR Food and Fatigue by default. A DM could still turn them back on in session play using HCR wand.

Sorted out some errors in BESIE script labels which should cause random undead encounters in The Caverns of Bos in Morovia now as well as in the Ruins above.

A couple of changes to summoneded and familiars. Turned off the feeding creatures to repair their damage - which is a Bioware, not PNP setting. Restored Bioware default of durations on Summoned creatures so they last a full 24 hours now. I feel this is a more reasonable and realistic arrangement for spellcasters.

Some misc tweaks and area renaming in the toolset to make it easier for builders/DMs to find areas.

Hopefully, this will be up soon.

Just a few adjustments to UW scripts based on a little more testing in my test module.

I've doubled the base amount of time you can hold your breath so it's now equal to Con x2 rounds.

Reviewed the settings for gillyweed and water breathing potions and satisfied they are set properly.

More areas and stuff added in and around Wizard's Cove.

More tombstones added for the fallen in Axdorf Graveyard.

Tweaked encounter frequencies in the Ruins a little to make them less frequent.

Tweaked traps to make them a little more frequent but a little easier to disarm in the Ruins and Mines.

Began remodeling and expanding Wizard's Isle; play croquet on the Wizard's Course for xp and possible gold prize.
