There are NWN2 games here, in theory, but the reality is there aren't that many NWN2 campaigns going yet. I know when I set up my NWN2 campaign here a while back, tagging it as a NWN2 game was available as an option.
Patch 1.07, which hopefully is right around the corner, has many fixes to the DM client, which I think many folks are waiting for. Once that is released, maybe we'll starting seeing more games for NWN2. If not then, perhaps when the expansion is released.
You might want to check out the Player Connection section of the forums here, too. Also, if persistent worlds are your cup of tea, I think there are a few of those running too.

NWN2 games are marked by a small [II] prefix before the game listing.
As Venture said, many are waiting for the DM Client to be fixed before venturing into the multiplayer waters. I have seen a few NWN2 games hosted around here, but they are few and far between.
