I've managed to reproduce this at will, so I think it's worth reporting. Whenever a game is switched from invite-only to application, the game will not save the application questions. This is also the case if the game starts off as an application game, is switched to invite-only, then back to application again. Not a huge inconvenience for everyone, but it screws things up when you want to invite players to a game and then switch it to application for the remainder of the slots, for example. As an aside, the "revoke" button for invited players to a game isn't working for me, I get an error page every time I've tried.

Revoke hasn't been working for me, either. As for the question, I guess copying and pasting them is necessary if switching between the two game types.

Yeah, except the pasted text doesn't save when you save the game; every time, the system erases the text in the app question box when saving the game.

| Can you work around it by saving the game a second time with the application check box already checked? (Open anew from the members area.)

I've tried this multiple times on different games. After the game has been an invite-only game, it will always erase the text in the application box once it is saved instead as an application game.
