I'm sorry, guys, but my sinuses are acting screwy today, what with the rainy weather and all. I'll see y'all next week.

With a change in shift at work, I'm able to post more often now. If you think I'm posting too much, or too quickly, let me know. I don't want to overstep any boundaries.

Posting Rules?

'Rules'? Can one post too much? I've likely crossed the limit several times already then.

Still getting my feet wet in this aspect of RP games (first forum I've been on where some semblance of the game continues between sessions).

My personal guidelines are to try and keep things to 'short bursts' of game time and then give others a bit of time to react -- understanding that not everyone has a chance to check-in even daily. If others respond, then I can 'react' to their posts and as long as a 'path' is kept open for others to contribute, I think it works fine. Would love to hear comments from others who have more experience in this format as I do find it interesting and fun.

There are no rules per se

Dave's ideas are all good ones, though you sorta have to play it by ear from campaign to campaign, as some post more frequently than others.

I would add to be careful about putting words, or deeds, into others' mouths/hands, as that can sometimes cause some confusion or disruption.

Mother's Day break?

How do you all feel about taking a one week break after this coming session? At least one will miss due to Mother's Day plans, and perhaps others would like to do the same, and score some bonus XP with significant other?

I think missing the session would be a good idea.

Mother's Day

Mother's deserve some time too ... one day a year isn't so bad.

Actually a pretty good idea -- thanks for reminding me!

Ok then, we'll skip next week for Mother's Day, and resume in two weeks.

Usually the puppies get us up about 2 hours or so before game time, but this morning they decided to let us sleep in. Go figure.

I hate missing two sessions in a row, but my wife and I are going away for the weekend and won't be back until sometime after game time. I'll catch y'all next time.
