The strong and intelligent the greatest beings of the planes have come to decide the fate of the land. They are tired of the bickering and quabiling over mortal souls. They have decided to personally step onto the battle field and lay claims to this world.
------------------------------------------ I am not sure if anyone remembers the BG2 days, but there was a time when we had legit duels and hacked(scripted) duels. Each player had access to a script compiler and of course given the way the BG2 engine worked you could bring content in from a client. Any way it was a ton of fun messing around when I wasn't playing legit.
I have attempted to recreate the same thing, but for NWN. At the present there is no way for a client to use a script from their own computer, but I have worked a way around it so people can not only fight with uber characters with elaborate modding you can also fight with scripts.
If your a little lost at this point I will try and break it down in a few words.
Two players A and B. A has a personal script they can use while in game and can activate it at any time with the macro buttons provided in game. Player B also has a script, but his is better and he destroys player A.
This server is another form of uber dueling that hasn't been done yet and I wanted to share it with everyone. If you look in the NWN Scripts section I also provide a few example scripts to get you started.
The server isn't a finished product and website features are still being added, but if you have any suggestions let us know. Eventually we will have more sophisticated stats so we can keep track of how everyone is doing.
