Neverwinter University
Training NWC DMs since June 2002

For the Spring Session of 2004 Classes we will be running DM101 sessions on the last Tuesday of every month. Mark your calendars. We will schedule the sessions about 5 days in advance. As always, we run two sessions in GMT Friendly time slots and two in US prime time.

DM102 sessions will be run at random with at least a weeks notice given... we will try to run at least 2 sessions of DM102 a month.. up to a maximum of 6 depending on demand.

Class Size for DM101: 10
Class Size for DM102: 8

Before you sign up please read our Attendance Policy:
This is something new to us... never have we had a problem with people signing up and not showing... but 1) as these classes are in such high demand and 2)only run four times a month... we are instituting a new policy.

If you sign up for a NWU class and do not show up... You WILL be saddled with a big fat MISSED GAME on your profile.

In the past we have had a few folks who could not make it.. and this is fine.. but to have 1/2 of the people signed in not show up.. INEXCUSABLE.

In the future, instead of simply removing missing students, we will mark you missing.. Not a good thing to be on a prospective DMs records. How would you as a DM feel if when it came time to game 4 of your 7 people didnt show? Pretty much defeats the whole purpose of this site if you ask me.

So in closing... 1) Don't sign up if you are not sure you can make it... 2) If for some reason you cannot make it... sign out in plenty of time... OTHER PEOPLE WANT IN!!

(This was not written recently and has been in effect for over a year now)

It is really important that if you sign up that you really try to attend. Nothing is worse than having them run a class and have a bunch of people not show up, especially when these classes are so sought after.

You can always find a list of scheduled classes here: http://www.neverwinterconnections.com/sevendays/index.cfm/fuseaction/seven_days_schedule/type/1.htm
