Threefoot Limerick is a quintessential survivor. He manages to combine a cynical worldview with strong loyalty to those he counts as friends. Although openly charming, Threefoot is more calculating with others than he is gregarious and is slow to trust. He values the pleasures of life as he can take them, including wine and song, knowing that they are fleeting, yet are all that pleases him. He distrusts grand causes and feels most deeply about helping his friends, not saving the world. Threefoot is a wanderer, with no fixed address. This is largely due to him becoming rapidly bored and jaded with wherever he is. He has yet to find a place that calls to him and doubts that he ever will.
