Maturin Sardik is a tough human fighter with gray eyes and short gray hair. When Maturin was young, he was seperated from his parents. His father was a high ranking general in the army when his wife, Maturins mother, was raped and killed by bandits. Maturins father was away on a capaign and didn't know of the incident until long after it happened. When he got back, he couldn't find Maturin and had assumed he had perished along with his mother. But that wasn't the case; a group of mercenaries had found Maturin and had taken him in as a slave boy. They called him this, but in fact he wasn't anything like a slave to them. Sure he did a few chores around the merc camp but most of his time was spent working out and training along side the men. He even got to go on the odd job with them every once in a while.
