Vick
Master Drogan should have known that Vick was going to be late. He always knew that this kid had the stuff of heroes, but he also knew that he wasn't old enough to take it seriously. Vick has always had his eyes fixed on the horizon, and never on what he was doing at the moment. If Vick knew what Master Drogan knows about our young half-elf, then maybe he wouldn't be so carefree about life. Sure, Vick has had his share of persecution from his peers - "half-blood", "split-case", and "freak" were often the calls from school-yard bullies. Still, they did not harden him too much, as his thoughts are of distant lands and far off adventures. His future was certain, and Master Drogan knew it. Nobody ever saw a kid that young so good with a long bow, nor did they ever feel such magical energy surrounding a child his age. "Hone these skills", his father told Master Drogan, for it is his destiny.
