Fivan Periegyr
Fivan in most ways is a pretty traditional dwarf. He's big and stout, loves heavy armor and weapons, and sees his place on the battlefield as on the front lines. While technically a rogue, he's an old-fashioned kind of dwarf and sees himself more as an engineer and warrior than a traditional thief type. He is very mechanically minded, but does not care for "skulking around like some addle-brained halfling". As such, he tends to be quite skilled with traps, locks and the like, but unlike most of his fellow rogues, he's hopeless at scouting. Not only has he not developed his skills in that area, he shows a traditional dwarven fondness for heavy armor, which altogether makes him about as noisy as your average paladin.
Fivan is also a fish out of water outdoors, having spent most of his life underground. He has a bad case of agoraphobia, making him extremely uncomfortable in wide open spaces. He's trying to work on it, which is partly why he left his underground home to adventure for a while. He'll probably always be more at home underground with his kinfolk, though.
