Ragnar's draw to the divine came from early experiences of death and battle in the harsh winters of the Marches. Where he could, he sought to aid his fallen allies and looked to Moradin for this divine magic. By leading a dutiful life, and through worship and prayer, Ragnar has seen Moradin's favor grow and his powers have increased.

Brooding and suspicious of non-dwarves, Ragnar gives few the benefit of the doubt, preferring to think ill of all until proven otherwise. Once warmed up to however, Ragnar is a stalwart ally and by the grace of Moradin and by his axe, will fight bravely to protect them.
