This tan-skinned Elf carries himself like a prince but is dressed like a pauper. His garments are assembled from many different earth-toned fabrics, forming a collage of color that accents his ashen red hair. A particularly observant, or fashion conscious person, will notice that his clothes are a very carefully arranged mess. Those oblivious to the artistry of his clothing sometimes mistake him for an eccentric beggar.
