Milia is an ex goat herder from somewhere outside Port City. She says she worked on her Uncles farm, but seems disinclined to speak further on the subject. Shortly after arriving in Annakol, she surprised a tavern full of people by giving birth to a healthy baby boy whom she named Flute. Single motherhood is difficult, but Milia copes by working shifts at the Bardic Guild where she has accomodation.
