Yeskarra Traphand
Small in stature and somewhat skinny for an orc, few of the males in the tribe had time for Yeskarra. Her father would have killed his runt of a daughter, had he not been prevented from doing so. "She born on Feast of Moon. She lucky. Cave Mother protect her," Yeskarra's mother, his favoured mate, insisted and the females of the tribe banded behind her. Angry but out manouvered her father had relented, though he would not give her is name.
Bright for an orc Yeskarra was allowed to live and managed to survive to adulthood, often using a talent for hiding and staying quietly out of the way to survive. Never openly allowed at her father's fire, she learned to make traps and catch creatures to supplement what she could steal. Eventually, throught the subtle manipulation of the Cave Mother's worshipers, this talent came to the attention of the chieftain.
The woods were not safe for the tribe members. Human and elf rangers set traps for the orc hunting and raiding parties, and many members had been lost to them. Suddenly in the eyes of the tribe that undersized, skinny female had a use.
