Brak'Urrak'ak, or as non-gnolls call him, Urrak, was orphaned at a relatively young age due to a tribal battle between his Aruu'rukruk pack and a tribe of Orcs. He was saved when a small group of rangers found him as they searched for weapons in the destroyed gnoll encampment, due to an encounter with the same group of orcs that had slain Urrak's pack. Raised by the group of rangers, he was taught how to wield a variety of weapons as well has how to tap into a feral rage. Leaving with his new found knowledge, as well as a respect for the more "civilized" races, he set off, looking to integrate himself into whatever society he can, looking to defend humans as they protected him.
