Thebor's Details [Statistics Help]
Player Experience Points: 477

UPDATE- I've been away from the game for almost 3 years and I am out of practice. Can't remember all the shortcuts and tricks I used to know and barely remember how to play using the interfaece. :( I hope to be back to form soon and hope there are a few good players who will help me get back on my game in the meantime. I was runner up to Ladyroleplay for player of the month for several months in a row at the peek of my gaming. I hope to recover that form.

I like to give my character some history, some reason for existing other than just showing up for campaign after campaign and solving the world’s problems. Somewhere along the way hopefully the characters will solve some of their own problems. In other words I not only want my characters to have distinct personality, some originality and some fun while playing them; I would also like to see them enlightened as they grow in experience and power. Maybe they will finally face the thing that has haunted them all their life? Or they will catch a long pursued enemy and realize that vengeance will not bring back their fallen comrades. Maybe they do take vengeance and kill that enemy but no relief is found and so a lesson is learned in that. Or it can be as simple as a dwarf’s axe saving an elf’s butt that forever alters the elf’s view of dwarves...even if it just a bit!

As far as campaigning goes, I am looking for some easier-going folk to go on some regular campaigns with. Preferably I'd like these folks to be not so role-play oriented that hardly anything gets accomplished in a four hour stretch. And definitely not hack-n-slashers who trip off every trap in the dungeon just to be cut down by the first group of goblins that awaits them.
