I have only DM'ed pen and paper, but I tend to base my campaigns on the party I have to work with. I try to involve eveeryone and find a balance between RP and battle. I also tend to keep players on their toes with traps and unexpected suprises. As a player, I have played all alignments and classes, but I generally tend to be a wizard. I spent years pen and paper learning spells and doing the extra book work most people didnt want to mess with, and I enjoy using magik..whether a CN charrie who follows his whim, or an evil necromancer...I tend to stay with magik users over fighters
