As a DM I take the contrary to popular belief opinion that a DM can prepare all the story they wish, but when the game starts, it is the players story to tell. I admit I am having some difficulty with the transition from PnP DMing to that of NWN, due to 24 years of doing the former and no time with the latter, but I shall adapt.
As a player, I love to play characters with some sort of edge. I *try* to play my stats, though it is difficult at some times due to the nature of D&D played NWN style. Alignment is VERY important to me as a player, and I love all alignments equally believing that it is this varied moral/ethical dilemna that gives the game its depth.
