As a DM I am a perfectionist to the extreme. I am a storyteller at heart, and every decision I make is in line with that, designed somehow to further the story and/or make it more interesting. I focus mainly on role-playing, though I am always game for a good fight.
As a player I am pretty much the same, though from the other side of the DM screen. I do everything I can to further the story I see unfolding. I pay attention to things the DM puts in the party's path, and I run with them.
