Well, I was here on NWC extensively for some time, then gone for about a year, and now I'm back. Although, on a much more limited basis than before.
When I play, I am primarily a campaign player. I would rather create characters that develop over time than run through quick hack-n-slash adventures, although I enjoy the occasional one-shot. I LOVE role-playing in forums between sessions.
I like to give characters some flaws that can make them more enjoyable to play, rather than always picking the "most powerful" combination of stats and feats.
I prefer slower-paced games where the characters have a lot of time to really interact, athough I also can't stand it when things bog down with indecision. At the same time, I hate running in a panic to keep up with the one guy who is too impatient to even type out a comment or two!
