Well, I have been RP'ing through Neverwinter Connections for several months now. I must say, had I not done it myself, I would never have believed such a community existed!

I have made friends here that would rival any I have made in the "real world". I have been in adventures the likes of which would put George Lukas to shame! I have laughed, I have cried, I have rushed home like a maniac from work, just to get "to the game"! I have even lost sleep over anticipation of the "next chapter". Heck, I even managed a place in the "top 5 list" for a whole month! (still can't believe that!)

My playing style? I certainly lean towards role-playing versus hack and slash. In fact, as far as computer games go, I don't find Neverwinter's battles all that impressive. Especially as a fighter type character. I like a wide variety of characters, all classes (haven't done a druid yet) - male, female, any race. Variety, the spice of life, and RPG's! Co-operation is the key to a good game for me. A great team, which cares about each other, would in fact sacrifice their life for a fellow character - that is what makes a memorable game for me.

I must thank my good friend Gruush, for taking the time to hold the hand of the newest, greenest newbie ever in the history of NWC! A mentor without equal in my mind.

And of course that leaves me with DM'ing and my pal "Skeeneyman". Who showed me the world of DM'ing at its best! Oh, the stories I could tell........ In fact, we now run ongoing regular campaigns under the guise of "SMaCK Adventures" (short for SkeeneyMan and Conor Knoxx) - if you are looking for the most memorable game of your life, get into a SMaCK adventure. You will never be the same...... *evil cackle*
