I enjoyed playing on NWC, quite a while went by when I played regularly but then I began to find it hard to find games that I wanted to play in or matched my timezone. Sad times came as I didn't play for quite some time, but I still lurked around and in the time I thought about DMing.

I'd look at modules and mess about in the DM client, though nothing serious. Eventually I decided I would like to make my own module, or even better a campaign.

And so I tried, I toiled away at building a module I would DM, but nothing seemed to come to fruitation. Eventually my interest in this began to die as I thought I'd never get round to doing it.

When defeat seemed to be stabbing its sword into the belly of hope, an opportunity came along from Vual (hey Vual) to do some DMing with his help hosting the module (as well as playing) and so it went ahead and I type this now, having just finished the first session in what I hope will be a lasting campaign. I had a blast and the players seemed happy enough, so all is well.

It's a happy ending. Awwwww.
