DM Title: Mundane Learner of the First Circle

Player Experience Points: 525

I`ve been playing mostly CRPG games since the days of old NES 8-bit Ultima, Final Fantasy & such. I`ve been playing Neverwinter Nights for about a year. The Forgotten Realms has quickly become my most favored setting, with GreyHawk bringing up the number 2 spot.

During my time as a player, I`ve explored many different worlds through Multiplayer, spending much of my time on modules in PW Story. I've played with (and have been subjected to) DMs (both good and bad) on occasion. I became confident that I could be a very good DM, especially compared to a few which I encountered (helping others to exploit, weak "adventures", etc.), so I tried contacting the creator of a mod or two, asking for DM access. Never really received much of a response, though.

Waiting for DM access didn`t stop me from leading unique adventures, though... The most memorable is where I ran an adventure on a Persistant World, having to work within the constraints of playing as a PC.

The story took 3 others through different areas of the Kingdom, a few of which they had not been to yet. I actually played 2 characters, an evil female elf fighter, and a good male human cleric of Helm. The female elf died along the way, just after revealing the whereabouts of the good cleric. When they resurrected the cleric, he revealed that he had been killed from behind while distracted in battle with a dragon. The evil elf wanted a particularly powerful item she had seen in the clerics posession, which the cleric hid in another location because he had his suspicions. They all went to retrieve the item, which was one element of a POWERFUL immortality spell.

Anyway, since then, I thought that if I could do something like that as a player, I`d love to see what I could do with the powers of a DM.

In spare moments, I tinker with the toolset a great deal, putting together many different areas & modules. My current projects include work on my own adventure around the Dalelands, converting the PnP adventure, "City of the Spider Queen", building the NWConvention Center for NWCon.
