I've played games like Baldur's Gate, and Icewind Dale for years. Before that (in high school) I played the paper and pencil version of D&D. I have been playing NWN solo for a while but I want to get more involved in multi-player. I'm particularly interested in one-shots, two-shots, or small campaigns. I like the idea of playing out some of the PnP modules I purchased as a kid, like the Saltmarsh U-series, etc. But really, for me any module that's rated fairly well is of interest to me.
Character wise, I have always played characters of good alignment (usually chaotic good), and have played almost every class of character. But I mainly stick to Humans and Elfs for races, although I will use a Dwarf when I feel like exuding sheer pugilism.
Player wise, I think I'm a happy medium between role player and hack 'n' slash. I will adapt to the party I'm playing with. But I certainly don't want to play a mindless arcade game of NWN if I can help it. I have other CGs like HALO and GTA III for that! (lol)
