I enjoy a roleplay challenge, a PC that may be rather unusual or somewhat outside the norm as far as personality goes. I tend to build my PCs according to what I feel their skills might be in roleplay terms instead of trying to make them as combat effective as possible. This often leads to them being somewhat underpowered but far more satisfying to roleplay in the end since they feel more to me like fully realized personalities.

The advantage that NWN has over PnP in terms of roleplay is that instead of interacting with a PC through a player as you do in PnP, you interact directly with the PC with the player in the background. I have found that keeping this in mind, trying to make myself as "small" as possible as a player, allows me to create a more believable personality and enhances the enjoyment of those I'm playing with.

I also enjoy writing roleplay stories that have been inspired by in-game events and, time permitting, you will frequently see my postings in the forums of the PW I am playing in.
