I am an old D&D player, from the days of the original game. I began DMing soon after release of AD&D. I particularly enjoyed bringing my players' characters to the brink of death, testing their abilities to react as a team to unanticipated challenges. But that was many years ago. I have not played PnP in 20 years (or more).
I fell in love with Baldur's Gate, and now am an avid NWN player. I have neither the time, nor the computer background to create for NWN. So now I am only a player.
I hope that I am the type of player who plays his character cooperatively with my group (subject to alignment of course) and with due deference to the DM.
