As a player I prefer roleplaying games. I enjoy having a puzzle to solve and a quest to plunge into. I don't mind drawing my sword or whatever weapon I happen to be carrying if the situation calls for it. However, I find that talking my way into or out of a situation is just as if not more enjoyable.
