Zortiander's Details [Statistics Help]
Player Experience Points: 7000

Hi all!

So, you choose to read what I have to brabble about myself? Brave one! But I'll try to keep that structured, so that you may have an easier time.

--- Roleplaying Experience --- Since about 1995, but serious roleplaying since 2000. I mostly am a GM for Shadowrun and have played very little myself, due to a constant lack in GMs. So, at a rate of about 20 sessions a year, I have now mastered roughly 100 sessions, with players ranging from 2 to 8. The latter was a bit of a disaster, though...

I haven't mastered any PC-RPG yet, and I don't count on doing it. I am so happy to be able to play for once, that I'll stick to it.

--- My characters --- My characters are usually either intelligent or wise, but mostly both. I like playing one character for a long time, if possible for ever, which is why I hate the class system of NWN, which will limit me to playing my char out to level 40.

In general my Characters offer a good balance between fighting and magic; I never go for a pure spellcaster or a pure fighter. What I really lay emphasis on, is in both cases the defense. I like it, when my character just won't be touched by the hits, instead of being able to soak up damage.

My characters are always tormented, and in some way haunted souls, who have to fight against their own destiny, against some inner daemon or great sorrow. I think this adds to the psychological depth of a character. They very often have a family and children, since this experience is very demanding and requires you to think about the possibility of death very much.

I am no fan of maximising characters for damage or criticals etc. A well balanced character will loose in PvP, but that is of no concern to me, since I do not plan to do much PvP.
