PLAYSTYLE: reasonably heavy to medium RP with a bit of hack 'n' slash, but I'm comfortable with medium hack 'n' slash, just not the heavy stuff.

DM STYLE: I like to try to personalise things for the PCs by adding things from their background or other things that are relevant to their class or race. I can only do this an extent, however, as I like to have the basis of the campaign story already made before players apply. I've found that things don't tend to go perfectly as planned once a campaign gets going and the DM can end up making many changes for the better. The creativity of the players can inspire you to make improvements that you hadn't thought of before.

I enjoy the building aspect in small doses and customizing items and dressing-up areas with placeables to make it look more interesting. I do, however, lack scripting ability, which would be my major weakness in building.

At the moment I'm working on a single-player module series, using the D20 MM, in a small group. I'm also a member of the D20 MM Team.

And I'm still running a weekly campaign here at NWC with my regular group.
