I enjoy playing and DMing games that have structure to them. I prefer events that require NWC signups and do not allow “drop ins” except on rare occasions. DMd games should not have more than 6 players max per DM.
When DMing I require players take a little bit of time to create a character background and post it in their character description on NWC to allow other players and DMs the opportunity to review them in preparation for the game.
For “campaign” type events between game role play is highly desired.
Events should always start, and end, on time.
A good game experience is not the result of good players or good DMs but rather a combination of the two.
