I use a variety of custom scripts similar to Hard Core Rules and my campaign is set in Greyhawk (low magic, low treasure) rather than the forgotten realms. I use a very high xp setting, but combat is rare and much of your experience will be roleplaying bonuses. Classes are restricted to the original 1st edition rules. Fighter, Ranger, Paladin, Rogue, bard, mage, cleric, druid. OOC chatter is penalized harshly (500xp first offense) except in the DM's lounge where profanity and uncivil behavior is not permitted.

If you die, well, you're dead unless there's someone around willing to spend 1k or more to raise you.

I do not use prepared modules. There will be no spoilers or walkthroughs available.

My campaigns lean toward good/neutral aligned players. Wannabe bad guys don't fare well in my campaign.
