Thelius's Details [Statistics Help]

For me, the story is essential, but it must also move. Try to avoid the cliche', definitely avoid long stretches of nothingness, infuse some emotion into the writing, but make it purely your rendition.

When I build, I start with the story first and build around that. As such, I don't really intend to utilize a PW.

I've tried to play in others, but I couldn't find my way around very well. I found I had the most fun as a DM or co-DM. I truly enjoy telling a story, running background scenes and dialog. Anything I can do to add to the atmosphere. I co-DMed under Eliandi, who apparently has left the NWN scene, but I learned some essentials for DMing and taught myself the rest.

I've been away a a couple years, but my story/stories always nagged at me. They needed an outlet, something visual that I can make visceral. So, I've come back to NWN (NWN2 is not stable enough for my stories).

In the area of...area design, I do not try to recreate vast sections of land. I think walking so many areas or "zones" as they've come to be called, it wasteful and boring. Good stories don't recount every step, stumble or sniffle along the way to Castle Blood and neither will I.

I'm looking for assistance in this. I'd like to handle the story, writing, specific character creation and scripting and leave area design to someone else.

If you're interested, send me a PM.
