This was a great change of pace from the usual "sword and sorcery" style to one where honor is as strong as steel, ninjas roam the night, and an evil emperor aims to crush all in his path. I can't wait for the next session!

Fantastic! I have come to love playing in Schatten's games. He has a good mix of combat and roleplay and is very fair. His strongest point is the ability to keep the story moving smoothly. I truly enjoy the interesting storylines he composes, especially with the interesting and unique creatures. You're missing out if you don't let him DM for you.

One of my most favorite DM's. It is impressive how he runs his games by himself, but seem to pretty much smoothly with interesting storylines and monsters. The only problems is when we have to fit the games in everyone's tight schedules! He is also always trying to improve on his own technique and solicits feedback constantly. This is a DM who cares about his players and tries to make the game fun for all.

Great game!! I am so glad I signed up. This game had a real PnP feel to it. I enjoy when the game is slowed down and rolls come into play . With the pace of the game it gives both DM and players time to think outside the engine . I am already looking forward to next week.

Even though I am a late commer to the campain, I (player and Character) was instantly drawn into the plot. The other characters were great to not trust the new guy that just happened upon them in the underdark.
I truely cant wait for the next session!!

Wow! i really, really enjoyed this campaign and cant wait for the next chapter! the twists at the end threw me off completely (though not in a bad way) great job schatten(sp?)!
