Comments Concerning Alcor

Comment By: euthanatos
Very nice game, I enjoyed myself quite a bit today. At first the party had a bit of trouble getting started, every character doing his own thing, but the DM's coped very well with this, providing good feedback through NPC's and played along quite nicely. Once the story got on it's way combat was maybe a bit easy, but that's to be expected with quite a diverse group levelwise. One of the most fun games I played until now on a persistent world, you can count on it I'll come back to the server and that's why I put you guys in my top 5 :)

One thing to say....WOOOOOOW!!!

The special effects were...WOOOOOOW!!!

NPC's? I couldnt even tell who was playing them....and I -know- you guys pretty well!!!

I loved that the book attacked all that attacked it. And turning the commoners hostile when that bear attacked a player? WOOOOOW!!!! Y'got my vote for best game right there!

The Historic South End Festival was only my second scheduled session but it was very good. Many props to these great DM's for creating the beautiful Realms Of Annakolia.

Good fun, and a great group of players to compliment the NPCs . . . well-done all around, not letting us get off course etc.

These DMs have always been fair in their dealings with each of the characters. What's more, they aren't just some neutral gods sitting up there watching for chances to throw enemies at the party. Instead they work with the characters. When the characters want to go a particular direction, the DMs not only let them, but, adjust the story accordingly so that interesting things can happen despite the fact we didn't go in a direction they anticipated.

I very much enjoyed this game. I believe this was the most fun I've had in a multi-player session. There were challenges and wonderful non-player characters. Also the players were all diverse in selection. Most everyone worked well as a team. There was a nice balance of rollplay and some hack & slash.

The Sidonia's School game is both a monument to model roleplay, and a testament to the consummate skill of this DM team.

Entirely impressed on how they handled the numerous players and situations that arose - they have obviously worked together for some time and showed excellent teamwork and creativity
