Comments Concerning Skunkeen

Comment By: Jay2k1
Every character's personality was illustrated. Mason was a very impatient drunk-wannabe,also moody!. Cianna was forever offering help and guidance, and Karg and was a man who was looking for fights and action.

Loved the scene where my character was overwhelmed by the Penrith guards.

Awesome event, awesome DM, awesome server!

This was a very well designed game, and a lot of fun. The only drawback was three players failing to show up for the event leaving us shorthanded.

I dont think the Dm should be blamed for the campaign started late because he was preparing for 3 extra players with custom content and at the last they backed out of the event.

Skunkeen started the game off very smoothly with lots of role-play to get everybody in the mood for the voyage ahead.

The storyline was great and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We became a shipwrecked crew, who had very little hope of getting off the small island we was stranded on.

Overall the DM event was well thought out and great fun.

Have to give it 10/10

Really made it interesting...used combinations of npcs, descriptions, scripts and objects to move the tale along...gave positive feedback to you personally as the adventure progressed if you said something witty, did something interesting, or RP'd well... didn't give away/hit you over the head with an answer if you were stuck...A definite DM to play with again!

Simply amazing, unlike any game I've played yet. Despite little combat and a somewhat minor plot, the overall feel of the game was awesome and fun. It was like a mystery to me, a mystery we all had to solve. One obstacle thrown at us really got us thinking.

The game was especially good at emphasizing teamwork. The way we had to work together, to think about what we had to do next, it really added to the game experience.

Overall, the game was a bit short on some things; I normally enjoy a little more fighting, and the plot was small, but the game itself, getting through the actual session, starting with a very mysterious room, leading all the way up to an unbelieveable confrontation with a lizardman, was an excellent experience. It was innovative, and even taught players an important lesson in the end.

Skunkeen is simply one of the best DMs I've worked with yet. I hope to play more of his game!

An amazing event which created an awsome adventure with our imagination, brilliantly planned out and great roleplay all round. Outstanding.

How every adventure should be!
