The Historic South End Festival was only my second scheduled session but it was very good. Many props to these great DM's for creating the beautiful Realms Of Annakolia.

I missed out on the game due to some circumstances, but the DM suggested to hang around a bit more. After that, I met up with a couple others and the DM even made a little story for us. It was great, I got to play out a story anyway.

Very nice game, I enjoyed myself quite a bit today. At first the party had a bit of trouble getting started, every character doing his own thing, but the DM's coped very well with this, providing good feedback through NPC's and played along quite nicely. Once the story got on it's way combat was maybe a bit easy, but that's to be expected with quite a diverse group levelwise. One of the most fun games I played until now on a persistent world, you can count on it I'll come back to the server and that's why I put you guys in my top 5 :)

One thing to say....WOOOOOOW!!!

The special effects were...WOOOOOOW!!!

NPC's? I couldnt even tell who was playing them....and I -know- you guys pretty well!!!

I loved that the book attacked all that attacked it. And turning the commoners hostile when that bear attacked a player? WOOOOOW!!!! Y'got my vote for best game right there!

These DMs have always been fair in their dealings with each of the characters. What's more, they aren't just some neutral gods sitting up there watching for chances to throw enemies at the party. Instead they work with the characters. When the characters want to go a particular direction, the DMs not only let them, but, adjust the story accordingly so that interesting things can happen despite the fact we didn't go in a direction they anticipated.

I very much enjoyed this game. I believe this was the most fun I've had in a multi-player session. There were challenges and wonderful non-player characters. Also the players were all diverse in selection. Most everyone worked well as a team. There was a nice balance of rollplay and some hack & slash.

Entirely impressed on how they handled the numerous players and situations that arose - they have obviously worked together for some time and showed excellent teamwork and creativity

This was likely one of the better sessions of the whole year. It offered everything from freedom of choice to our untimely demise at the hands of Ribbly. All in all, it couldn't have gone better if we planned it this way... Hey, wait, you think that dastardly gnome planned it this way? *points finger of blame at the gnome* IT'S ALL HIS FAULT!

Thanks for a wonderful game :)

This is almost the entire RoA DM Crew... great job. It was possible to touch creativity and team-work.

Good fun, and a great group of players to compliment the NPCs . . . well-done all around, not letting us get off course etc.

Barry & Charissa are a team of DM's who are like a finely tuned machine. They work well together and strive 'mostly' succesfully in creating and maintaining a world of wonders which they have painstakingly created. I say 'mostly' because everyone makes mistakes, but Barrys quick sense of humor is adept at hiding mistakes or turning them into running gags. Charissa is an excellent roleplayer and is truly deserving of her Player of the Year award. The third person, Olias, well.... he should not be an apprentice DM on annakol. He should be a full fledged DM.

Incredibley original module. Brought a seemingly mundane rumour to life, and gave players a good amount of room in which to roleplay. Action was not lacking either.

Barry and Feather make a great team!

YES! Back to an area I'm familiar with. Now I know how I got back to annakol in the first place!!! Nice tie in between two very awesome campaigns. *sighs* Always runnin with the short crowd ;)

The Sidonia's School game is both a monument to model roleplay, and a testament to the consummate skill of this DM team.

Great game! The soldiers were really tough, but they were also pitted against a die-hard group of travelers with their ownn self-proclaimed healer. I gotta find me those spells with the awesome visuals! The fights were so much fun just to watch! Oh yeah. Someone's dyin.....*quits watchin the lightshow and goes to heal somebody* I can't wait til next week!

Great Game, Great DM Team. I'll be sorry to see this game end. Always a pleasure.

Comment By: Feather
Again you've caught the pagentry of a tournament. The emphasis on chivalry stops the event from being merely a chance for some character vs character play. An excellent game, I felt totally immersed.
