Comment By: Eyrdan I must say the setting was amazing. The amount of detail in the world could even be overwhelming. Even the basic tilesets were almost unrecognizable due to perfect use of placeables. I can't help but feel we could have done so much more.
The DM showed good talent in dealing with the players. I must admit we weren't the easiest bunch to get along with. I would have lost patience had I been in his shoes, but he didn't, and that deserves merit.
As a playtest run, there were a few glitches and typoes, but that was to be expected. I'd be interested in seeing how his regular games go, they should be great fun.
Comment By: el yimbo It had been a long time, but we managed to get back into the swing of things quite quickly. The exchange with the elves was fun, and Baldur's Gate was great!
