The plot was inspired, and I especially liked the fact that it was impossible to survive if you just stood and fought. However, I was slightly curious about why the zombies didn't follow us inside the cave and disappeard when we came out. Of course, this made it possible for us to survive, but some reason would have been nice.

[Da Turien's reply to comment: The Zombies did not follow you in as you ran rather fast ;)If you gone back to town before the tower they were lingering there try to find you. However once you destroyed the *mumbles* it destroyed the undead :)]

Was great fun! Nice small adventure with creepy bad guys and a little mystery thrown in. Had a great time. More hack and slash than roleplaying, but you had to think. Was not mindless at all.

The DMing was very impressive; the DMs used a very light touch, avoiding direct intervention except in the final fight, where we were unlucky enough to have the main villain wipe the floor with us on our first assault. They freely possessed NPCs and ran some very nice in-game interaction between said NPCs. The atmosphere for the first part of the game was excellent - it's hard to run horror in classic D&D since players know that most encounters will either kill them or they won't - hard to generate fear that way. Lazybones and Da'Turien managed it very well, however, and were very responsive to player ideas and unscripted actions throughout (such as our barricading ourselves in the inn).

All in all, reat fun to play in. Hearty thanks to both DMs.

[Da Turien's reply to comment: And barricading the door in the tower! Only to find the door opening the other way :D]

  Its a Good start!

The town feels very empty. I know you are just getting starting so I don't really have much more advice.
