That was a fun session. There was an amazing attention to detail. Everything and every statement the NPCs make are very very carefully thought out. Rome points out little snippets from some conversation, something along the lines of - Remember what XYZ said about the ABC? That should tell you something ... And me, with my lousy memory, was desperately trying to keep up with it all :) There was enough vagueness, uncertainty and otherworldly feel to keep my on my toes, without necessarily giving me a babe in the woods feel. Hope to be a part of the regular game sometime.

Good game! Tales of atlantis is really nifty, I really like the magical/supernatural atmosphere it has. It'd be neat to see what kind of stories come from this setting :)

Awesome game, as usual :) Velle was very well played especially. Can't wait to see what'll happen next!

Another great game Rome. Nice to get a glimpse into city politics.

Very fun game this week, even though it was kinda plotless, it was nice to take a break from all the heavy stuff. I was laughing when Gwen took out the notepad when Ashan was talking, all the joking around was a welcome change for a day. It also provided room to begin plotting for future games. I like the new game time also, it keeps the game prompt, seems to be good for all the players so far, and keeps everyone from being really tired toward the end like I was in the later games.

Another great rp session. It's not everyday someone offers you high rank and status just to swear an oath.

Good game! Interesting twist with the Book of the Dead, I wonder why they want it so much.

Great RPing game tonight Rome and Claybour. My heads spinning from all the options on the table.

Thanks for the fun game, as always :) It's kind of neat to see a toned-down game like this without all the DM bells and whistles, just the interactions between the characters (player or non) driving the game, I think it went pretty well. Briana was definately interesting, the fact that she didn't understand all that was going on actually brought her to life even more.

This game was a bit slower than usual, but fun as always. It was kinda nice to have the characters actually talking to each other, and an interesting twist when Briana came.

Wow, that was an amazing game, definately one of the best I've played! It tied a whole bunch of loose ends together. We got so much information out of the druids, definately going to need to read over the log a few times to get it all. Thanks again for the awesome game, if I could add it to the top-5 I would, but I already added one of yours there ^^; Dunnow how you keep track of all that info. The pre-game discussion was very helpful as well, kinda nice to take a step back and see where the game's going and where everyone wants it to go.

The most thought provoking, intense, frustrating, game I've ever played in my life. If you like dicing big monsters into tiny bite size hack-n-slash morsals, this game is not for you. Battles are fought and won with knowledge. Even though it doesn't exactly apply in this situation, the theory behind it is still true...the pen is definitely mightier than the sword!

I was late to the game since I did not have the required haks installed. Game description did not identify any haks.

Once the game started there was little organization between the players. I could not determine if the story was about a couple of the players constantly through acusations at each other, or if I missed the point of the game entirely.

The party did not appear to want to solve the puzzle.

Even though this game wasn't world-shaking like some of the high level ones are, it was really great! It really stood out that we weren't stuck to one plan of action, that the game actually changed around the characters' disputes. And that no one character knows everything, I think that's what makes these games so fun. I'm still amazed that I can even keep up and piece together most of the information that we find. I'm sure that won't last though :) There were a few issues gathering everyone together to start, but that's to be expected with the entry games especially. It was very well-run overall, but it went very smoothly. I think this has been one of the best games I've played so far ^_^

01/01/06 9 10 10 10 9 10 10 10 9 9
Not a game with any fighting, but a lot of important goings-on. Where will this all lead, to the peace we hope for? Or will someone foul it up?

01/01/06 10 10 10 10 8 9 10 10 8 8
It was interesting to see how the different factions reacted to the news. I haven't seen much of her before, but Ketta seemed pretty laid-back compared to what I heard of her. It was fun sorting out Andrea's speech, too bad Callith wasn't there. I think I can see how Jada's "sacrificing" of the child could affect future events. Can't wait to see what happens next! :)

What an amazing and pivotal game. 1000 kudo's to you for allowing, what some would call, 'world-changing' events. It's always a pleasure!

What a game! This is a very complex campaing, all the details are put there for a reason, so many puzzles, names, NPCs, places, that makes this world so complete and great to RP. I am really looking forward for the next game.

11/27/05 9 9 9 10 10 10 8 10 8 8
Good game! Can't help but wonder why the Timber woman just happened to appear, I think there's more going on than meets the eye. Then again, when is there not, in this game? ^_^

Even though we were just in the college this game, we still learned quite a bit, great game! Gwen really came alive, I'm curious about her now, is this the same Gwen, if it is, why and how has she changed? I'll have to bring that up next game :)

Another good session. These all-RP sessions are usually important for new information and clarification of old - this one certainly delivered on those points. Gwen created quite the stir, intentionally or not.

  Another great game Rome.

11/20/05 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10
Rome is really good about stirring the pot up. Heck, he probably doesn't even have to do it anymore since he's got the players so culture shocked and jumpy even at each other!

This is by far the best campaign I have ever played in!

11/20/05 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10
Interesting session. Who is Gwen and what does she really want?

Aweseome game! Danu's dialogue was amazing, I won't forget what she said.

As always Rome, you keep me guessing. I'm not sure if I made the right choices, but then maybe there are no right choices. Great job!

11/12/05 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10
I wanted to put 15 instead of ten. Probably the best game ever out of many very very good games.

I had a fantastic time, so much to think about. Rome was on fire for this session. Good job buddy.

There was not enough in my first play session to make me want to wait any longer than the hour I waited for the DM to arrive at my second session. When the folks standing around start asking for someone to tell the owner of the server what the DM password is, it doesnt bode well for the evening.

09/18/05 9 8 10 10 10 10 10 2 9 10
The game itself was fun when it got flowing. There were stability issues though which hindered me getting into it fully like past sessions. Overall though it was still enjoyable and fun.

Rome did a wonderful job all alone considering the size of the group that showed up this session.

Good job.

09/18/05 9 10 10 10 10 10 8 4 10 10
Wow Rome, such a large group and you kept track of us all and still managed to move the plot along and present interesting role-playing opportunities. Great game!

This game was quite enjoyable. There were some stability issues at the very beginning(we crashed once and I had some lag for a bit), but once we got going it went smoothly.

09/10/05 9 8 9 10 10 9 9 2 10 9
Another excellent game ^_^ The NPCs really came alive this time! I liked how the plot drew on the backgrounds of many different characters, providing very interesting roleplay opportunities. The only thing I could really hold against this game is instability of the server, particularly the crash(es?) and the massive lag storm, that was definately one of the oddest glitches I've seen in NWN so far. And while the confusion at the end of the game was challenging, I think it was part of the realism of it, and provided a good opportunity for character development.

09/10/05 10 10 10 10 9 7 9 7 10 8
Again, let me thank you for slowing down the action so we all had time to question the NPCs before the next event occurred. My advice: do the same next time you run an intro game.

I'm looking forward to the next game very much. Not so much for learning what will happen in the story, but really for learning how the DMs will run this style of game. I won't be bored!

09/03/05 8 7 9 4 10 9 9 7 10 9
Very fun game! Can't wait for the next one! :)

09/03/05 9 9 9 10 10 5 5 9 10 9
This is a campaign that I look forward to being involved in. I appreciated the chance for the PCs to ask questions in the middle and at the end. I would have preferred to get the game going a bit sooner in the middle break, but I see that it was because the DMs wanted to answer questions some of the PCs had asked. Hopefully in the future PCs will have less questions and be asking the right questions IC.

Also, you all did a great job of responding to questions on the message board of the more technical nature. Thanks.

09/03/05 7 8 9 10 8 8 7 7 10 7
I had a little trouble after some of the dm comments made during the break. Specifically, Rome wanted us to communicate more during play, which I took as a request and correctional nudge. I don't think other players took that as a request, however, and I was frustrated trying to make it happen.

I'm a little worried that the game is still open to new players. The group was huge, and felt really scattered. We're talking about splitting up, and I worry that we'll end up in too many small parties for the DMs to handle. Rome mentioned that two, maybe three, groups was the most they can manage, and I can't see being happy in a group larger than three or four.

09/03/05 10 8 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10
This game was fun to play. It gets a little annoying at times when you get a huge party and no one communicates with each other but yet they all talk, but that is not the fault of the DM's. Overall a very enjoyable game

08/20/05 10 9 9 10 10 10 10 7 10 10
This was a spectacular game! All of the characters came alive, and I wasn't expecting my own character to become familiar so quickly, usually it takes more than one session to really get used to roleplaying a new personality. The game went very smoothly after the beginning, which was a little chaotic. The DMs added a great amount of depth and realism to a gameworld that was already near-perfect. Best game of NWN I've played! Can't wait for the next game.

08/20/05 5 8 10 10 10 5 5 5 9 5
The game design is still hard to figure out with something so complex, but I look forward to more exploring of the world.

Also thanks to the DMs who helped me figure out how to log in and what I needed. It was much appreciated.

Good stuff. Wish I had time to delve more deeply into the backstory of the game. These guys have created an extreme involved history and world culture. Moy good.

Wow! What a session. My head hurts with all the intrigue. A spy, a possible double-cross, lies, and half-truths. Who to believe and who to kill? The struggle for power and peace continues and Jada can no longer afford to stand on the sidelines.

What a fantastic game. The players meshed into a true ensemble. The npc's were intriguing with just enough information to keep the ball rolling, but not so much as to confuse the issues at hand. Bravo!

Wow, one of the best games we've done and we've had quite a few. Group hug! Thanks, Rome, for designing a world that allows such player driven flexibility Juggling five or six major characters' ambitions and aspirations can't be easy and you never know what someone might say next :} As usual, a great game to play and a wonderful job by you

I thought this was an interesting game that would really favour those who were willing to put the time into it.

The game is difficult but rewarding.

Lots of fighting this time . . . for once, more hack that RP. Great session though, and lots of revelations lately. Fast pace, hope the week off doesn't hurt it any.

The game was truelly amazing. It only gets better and better in my opinion. It evolves based on what you do and it is truelly amazing. :)

Wow! Let me say that again. Wow! Some of the best role playing scripts and PCs I've ever encountered. I was totally immersed in the session.

Very, very tough this time, but some amazing revelations for me, at least at the end. What I can do with them, I don't know . . . one of the best sessions for me in a long time, thanks!

Rome was brilliant as usual juggling opposing factions, an unruly bunch of PC's, and a multi-level plot. It is great playing a game that requires thoughtful play. Thanks Rome for the work you put into it. I've just started playing with the toolset myself and am beginning to understand the hours of work involved.

Still one of my favorite games to play. A great real life breating mod that relies more on the players then any other game I have played. The DM does a good job of balancing it out and bringing everyone into it. I can't wait for more!!

Definitely not a campaign where the normal approach is taking. More like a story than a generic campaign. Boomer

It was an interesting session, and I hope Estrenar didn't anger Sian, Zannu, or the others by showing FoxMoor the Markets, as he considers this quite a travesty for her to not have been there before. He also feels little connection to Zannu's quest, either by allegiance or for any other goal of his own. Looks like he may have to get involved though, as it appears their quest affects the whole world. And Clay, thanks again. That was a great interlude of philosophy and introspection. Kudos!

Well how interesting this is..I had no idea we'd be stepping outside of time in a sense :) should have guessed, those mad maids really arent' so mad after all not a simple answer by any means to zannu's quest there :)

This game was still fun even on its second session. A great job by great DM's. We did have a few problems with the server crashing, which was uncommon, but the host is quickly working on trying to solve it before the next game. Overall though it was rather fun.

This was my first game in this world and in the NWC and it was great! It was very interesting and the more you interact the harder it was for it to end when the time came. It truely was a great game done by great DM's.

A truly amazing world and very well run...the only time I've played NWN and took notes because I didn't want to forget anything that happened!! A world that truly makes you think of your actions..and leaves you thinking after you've made them. It's a world where nothing is as it seems, and everything seems to have a second or third motive...

this seemed a good night and well run with all the players getting to good spots cept for poor tig.. who was actually doing much better than he thought he was.. course me and est were having fun creating mischief :).. rome just do not know how you stay on top with all of it.. but you do a fine job..LRP

Rome truly has built up a fantastic world, one that keeps you on your toes all through the session. I was about to fall asleep before I entered the world my first night, after the session I was still ready to play for a few more hours. Rome accompanied by flmngo and claybour, did the dm'ing so fantasticly I felt every npc I met was real, yet a shroud of mistery loomed about them. Mistery would have to be the worlds main theme, and this module is simply incredible, the sounds getting my highest vote, as the ambient's that were put in every area were simply great. If I would start going into all the great things about the module this would go on for a few pages, simply: Fantastic.

I've seen that "I didn't know you could do these things with the NWN engine." comment on the polls for a long time and just gave people good marks for a well thought out story...but Rome has truly done some amazing things with NWN that I never thought you could do. He has completely redone NWN to fit his needs. Forget alignment, how one gets xp, and to some extent...which type of character you use, you're going to need very sharp wits (and a large binder ready to take notes) if you truly want to immerse yourself in this world. Rome is perhaps the best GM I've seen to date, and would be worth a good RP'rs while to give him a try.

If this was a transitional game, it really didn't show it. It was fun, gave us all a chance to experience death (been a while for some, and we worked together well). Also we fought a losing battle well, too . . . anyway, better luck with DMs gone bad next time, and I look forward to being there.

What keeps me coming back eargerly to this game each week is the same thing that frustrates me endlessly... the complexity of the world and the story. Maybe its just me and I dont fully understand the cause and effects going on, but I do enjoy trying to figure things out and trying to keep up with the various plot lines. Admittedly, I would like to get more background, something as simple as terminology and lingo definitions and a better understanding of what is happening.

My low score on challenge relates to the fact that I think players die too easily, but I do understand that this fits into the world.

As for stability, last night I noticed much more lag than previous sessions, however this may have been me.

Extra credit for the auction house situation. An "unplanned" event was turned into an interesting story point, in my opinion.

It was fun!

While this session seemed more of a transition game, tying up loose ends and starting new adventures, I am still in love with this module and your gaming. The deep mythology and mysticism is fascinating. I've never been more cautious as a player or more intrigued as a character. Thanks for everything. Btw - any way to clear up those servers crashes? Just asking, 'cause it's funny - I've come to expect at least one each night and it just whets my appetite to jump back in. You don't do it just for suspense, do you? Just kidding - see you next week!

It was my first ever NWC experience, so I do not have anything to compare to, however overall the DM did a good job.
