Hats off to the DM team another outstanding game. DMs of this caliber make the game a joy to play.

Very good game. Let the PCs roleplay everything out. Great job handling our numbers

What can I say that I haven't said before? If you've never played in a game with the DM team @ Sojourney, you have absolutely no idea what you are missing! NPCs that are as real as player characters -complete with hidden agendas and verbose backgrounds. Plots within plots within plots within ... you get the idea. As always, this session was no exception - wonderfully detailed and deeply immersive. May the game last another 5 years!

Very good use of NPCs, especially considering the number and needing to switch quickly. Mixing in some combat was nice after so much RP only

One of the best games I've experienced as a player. Strong, but flexible play by the DMs was essential in this. How things turned out was a testament to the team's skill

My favorite DM team kept the campaign moving with more plot twists and cliffhangers than a daytime soap opera! NPCs came alive, PCs worked their RP magic, and the plot thickened like molasses in January! LOVE THIS DM TEAM!

Another great game. When the party split into three different directions the DM team handeled it masterfully. It is hard to keep up a high level of role play with a split party, but this team did a great job. The game lived up to your usual high standards, well done team.

No matter how the DM team evolves the game play is always top nitch. Welcome back T. the whole team provided a great game. Ollie as the dragon was great and Mrs. Dragonstar gets another gold star for her ability to herd cats. I can't wait for next week.

For what little there was to work with, keeping the game interesting couldn't have been easy. All we did was cast a couple spells, but I stayed entertained and engaged the whole session. Well done.

Another great RP event. The DMs were extreamly flexable, no matter how hard I tried to stump them, they were able to role with the flow. This was a truly fun event with great role playing from everyone.

Another fantastic session in which the depth of NPC interaction made for an extremely fun session for all! When you have played in one of Katarina Dragonstar's games, you know you've played with one of the most experienced and saavy DMs out there. What a blast - yet again!

I was a little late to this session, but very quickly ended up in the middle of everything. The DMs are extreamly flexable and easily handel whatever the players tthrow at them. An excellent DM team.

Katarina Dragonstar churns out compelling storylines and PC interactions week after week. Her NPCs truly come alive, and the mystery of the king's affliction gets revealed piece by piece. Absolutely brilliant DM'ing. I'm privileged to be in one of her games!

Even with a shorter session, the DM came up with some plot-advancing items as well as the witty and fun banter of snarky NPCs. Throwing the party for a loop with the discovery of being spied-upon was a great touch! Kat is an outstanding DM, and when Ollie is there too, the two have the winning-est DM combo 1-2 punch out there!

One of the finest DM teams you can ever play for and with! Kat and Ollie make what seems to be a seamless game, even though I'm sure they'll tell you differently behind the scenes. However, the end-result is a blast for the players, week-in and week-out. Keep up the wonderful work, you two!

I haven't taken a beating like that for a long time, but we need that every once in a while to remind the players that they aren't immortal... yet. It was a great game the Mt. drake was a real challenge, one we had to work to survive. You allways provide top level gaming and I will really miss my monday night games while we are on break. Great job... again... as usual. Thanks for your time and effort.

Once again, Dark Anya delivers a fun-filled and thoroughly enjoyable gaming experience. NPCs so quirky and unique that you'd swear she has an entire DM team working with her. Engaging story line, moral dilemmas for some characters, gaming that requires actual teamwork by the party and being able to think on your feet. Awesome game, and I cannot wait until the next session!

Another great session! The snarky militia, procedure-loving gate soldiers, and the ever-lusting Helga ... what more could you want? :) The XP was generous and we received adequate reward for offing the few monsters that were encountered. Top notch as always!

I'd put Katarina on a pedestal as a DM, but then she'd just swat me again. What can I say, other than she's an outstanding DM who crafts a story rather than just an adventure. Top notch, as always!

Human-shaped cookies for the Mistress of Dragons on another great adventure!

NPCs were flawless, plotline was engaging, rewards were perfect, and without any doubt, the players were left looking forward to the next session.

Katarina Dragonstar has more than earned her permanent spot in my List of Favorite DMs, and continues to prove it week in and week out.

An outstanding finale to the Ogre Ruins arc. This one was definitely a blast. Had a great time from start to finish. Tremendous tone and atmosphere set by Kat and Des throughout but particularly in this session, and the harried flight from the crumbling ruins was classic.

You guys are really hitting your stride right now it seems. This dungeon crawl has been GREAT. We had NO encounters last night. It was a 100% Exploration and RP session, and yet the group was on edge the ENTIRE time. That speaks volumes to your ability to create atmosphere. I am loving this campaign.

OMG is about all I can say about the DM's in the DMFI training class. Extremely helpful. Great teachers, and they patiently took the time to explain everything when questioned about something. I would recommend everyone wanting to learn to be a DM to join the class. I hope to be able to join games that they host. Great job Skunkeen and Dragonstar

This review is based on information offered, since it was meant for training and not playing.

Skunkeen and Kat were both very knowledgable and informative. One of the key factors for me in this is it was more a shareing of knowledge as peers instead of a "I'm the teacher and you shut up" sort of attitude. Since I have strengths, weaknesses and as with many things have encountered things they or the others attending have not.

I offer my thanks again to both of them in there generous donation of time and effort!!

The DMFI 102 course was an excellent opportunity to learn the tools of the trade. The DM team involved was very helpful and knowledgeable in the DM client and DMFI tools. I definitely look forward to playing games with them in the future if they'd let me.

What a wild one! We had some technical issues tonight, probably tileset related, but the DM's did a great job of recovering and getting the server back online and getting everyone back in the game and moved forward. Call me biased but I loved the showdown with the Ogre Mage, and I can't wait to see what's waiting for us inside the Ogres' cursed temple.

There should always, always, always be consequences for player actions. The players wandered too close to an Orc/Ogre camp, despite being warned that MULTIPLE FIRES (HINT HINT) could be seen burning throughout the campsite (Read: THERE'S A LOT OF THEM!) and got smacked down for it. Well done. I'm not a big

The game had a great balance between serious RP and good old hack 'n slash. The introduction of new characters went smoothly. I think the new ones are begining to find their place in the group. Over all a great game.

Good session for knocking the dust off after our chapter break hiatus. I think everyone was a little rusty on their characterization compared to the stride we were in a month or so ago, but the DM's did a great job of keeping things moving along. I think we accomplished a lot in our 2 hour session and I don't always feel like I can say that in some of my other games.

KatDragon is one of those people that really make this game shine. Nothing can be said that won't seem trite. Outstanding DM, wonderful RP'er, runs an immersive PW... Her ability to reel players in and make the game theirs is bar none. I am not one to gush....but it is hard not to where she is concerned.

Playing under the subtle guidance of Katarina Dragonstar is a huge pleasure. Time flies when she follows the characters on their quest and places some unexpected situations on their way. This can either be a nasty foe or in depth roleplay. She has a unnoticed way of forcing people to stay in character and makes you explore sides you hadn't thought about before. No hack'n slash stuff here, but unbelievable good and fun roleplay.

Katarina Dragonstar and Black Dragon, of Sojourney BSL, did a FANTASTIC job coordinating the event and the fact that they were able to successfully handle 8-9 PC's in the party and believably control all NPC's at the same time for 4 hours simply solidifies the fact that when you play with these two or on Sojourney's PW, you are playing with the best! You guys are great! ~Landrian (Aeyroch)

The Game was alot of fun. The biggest problem i saw we had was that the party was overly large with no clear leader defined for the party. That was the players fault through. The world was beautifuly designed with a map system implimented for easy travel between towns and special locations. I'll definitely be back!

Outstanding game by the SoJ team of Blaquemote and Katarina Dragonstar. If you want to see what they can do on a daily basis, check out http://www.sojourney.net. Here's a PW that rocks, combining the multiplayer PW with a PnP experience. My hat's off to you both!

Excellent DM'ing by all concerned. Just he right amount of tension when a character,on his own, dies - will anyone find him, heal him? or is it in the lap of the Gods (aka DM).

Nice game. Personally, I prefer a DM that is more intimately involved in the game. This seemed a little too standoffish. The group was too large, again IMO. Since this was a sessioned game, I think the plot needed to be clearer, with more clues and a definite, achievable goal. The dungeon level was too large to just let us roam around. That being said, the world is wonderful to look at and play in. I'd like to come back to such a wellmade place.

Overall, I liked the presentation. Some technical issues building wise: HOM effect for some interior exits (Old Lady Attic for example). Generally nice job with the building and use of placeables. The biggest issue,I thought, was that there were too many players. Made it difficult to keep the party organized, to be able to interact with everyone and solidify one's character within the party. I had fun and I would be in tomorrow if I did not have a previous engagement. The funniest part was when I was being chased by the manticore and I was high tailing it through a main corridor. I ran right past Lord Silver and Gustafus the Red, who were mending their own wounds. I got away for the moment and unfortunately the manticore made quick work of them. The manticore did find me, did its damage and walked away, leaving me to recover from my wounds and to fight another day.

I was very excited about being in this game. So much so that I talked to the DM several times to comb out my character. When we entered the dungeon, it lived up to my expectations and them some. I was in Undermountain. I was there. I could see it, feel it, ha, even smell it. I sincere thanks to the hard work the DM placed into his world.

What a show! The DMs did an excellent job both in the preparation and execution of this adventure. The area design was one of the best I've seen so far, containing lots of eye candy and great use of the CEP hakpacks. There were many interesting NPCs from the dragon lady and her kitties to King Durin of the dwarves. The skeleton butler really stood out and caught me by surprise with his line 'May I take your coat?'! :) The battles were challenging and fun, with a great variety of enemies through the adventure. Overall, a very fun experience! Looking forward to see you guys again!

Very good. Some of the NPCs were very good, down to some cats ! The skeleton butler will stay in my memory for a while, and the dwarves were really dwarvish. It all made sense. The game ended up choppy for me in the final area with the undead, but I suppose that it was because of the high number of animations going on. Overall a very good module, and the DMs seemed always to be where they were needed.

The plot for the game was rather simplistic on paper, but the DMs really made the NPCs come alive, and gave them a lot of depth, which made even a simple plot, extremely fun. Their knowledge of the Forgotten Realms was quite extensive, which is always a big plus for me. They gave us plenty of time to roleplay, but even with this, we managed to focus on the main plot and come through in the end. Definitely one of the best games I've ever played in.

This game was extraordinary! The NPC's seemed more like actual player characters and the dwarves were absolutely perfect! This was an exceptional game experience and I enjoyed every minute of it and am hopeful to be included in these DM's games in the future *crosses fingers and grins*. -Winsome

This game had the potential to be more fun then it was. The DMs had a nice story set up that looked as though it had the potential to offer more then we were able to explore in one night. Unfortunately this was due to some inter party disorganization. A few of the party members focused on a tangent that didn't have any thing to do with the story arc and it caused us to slow down and possibly miss material. All in all I enjoyed the game and wish we could have stayed more focused and seen more.

A good game all in all. The area descriptions in the module were well thought out and interesting. Not so sure about having scipted dialogue in that sort of setting.
