Ghool did an outstanding job, especially considering he was the only one of the DM team present for this session. I'm looking forward to the further adventures he has planned after we finish up Firestorm Peak.

Once again, the DM team rocked! We're playingf through this (and a subsequent) module to find bugs, so under 'Stability' I gave it a neutral rating ... but everything else was 10's!
Kudos to all of you for a thoroughly enjoyable campaign session once again!

ANother great session. The way the DMs work background info into the campaign is amazing, and extremely well-done. My hat's off to them again!

The DM Crew of Ghool, Skeenyman, and Olias did an awesome job in this first session. They didn't lead the party around by the nose, but threw in several things that definitely kept the party occupied and in-character. The unique item granted to my PC was a perfect compliment, and was well-based on his background. I am very much looking forward to the campaign! Keep up the great work!

Definately a fun start to a promising campaign! It's hard to remember we're trying to pinpoint bugs and problems because even though the Cutscenes were a little broken, nothing else seemed to be giving us any trouble. ;)

Nice job with a new setting. That was a pretty wild ride with so many prima donnas. I don't know how you managed to keep up with it all but it was a real hoot.

This was a really fun game. The Dm's were nice enough to start late, when my system went down. I appreciated that. I hope to play with them again.

Great just like I expected. The DM ran into a few problems with having to start it late, not their fault though. And they did very well compensating for it. Boomer

Hmm, co-dm drops out, player problems... And Skeeneyman doesn't bat an eyelid. The very picture of coping with harsh conditions. Still pulled off an enjoyable and entertaining game, despite fate being against us. A real pro.

Even though we were a bit short handed, this has been the funnest game yet. The chemistry is getting better between the PC's and the DM's as well. RP of all the NPC's was well done, and as usual the DM's were very responsive to the players. This plot seems to get a little more interesting now as things progress. Thanks for the great game guys.

Problem with these reviews is, that soemtimes the problems are with the mod, not the DM. *sighs*
As the scripts start to thin, the DMs are getting a chance to shine. The extended relationships the NPCs have with some of the players is nice; rmemebering little details makes a campaign that much better.

The game was a great mix of tense moments and funny situations. I really liked how the girl charmed our Bard or the attack of the wolves... They did a good job of controlling our big party of character that didn't fit entirely together. Can't wait to finish the adventure.

Nice job this session. Very attentive DM's, giving out descriptions often and being quick to answer skill checks and such. I also received several informative tells along the way, possibly by the DM's making behind the curtian die rolls, or just giving some information where needed. That type of feedback is what turns a session into a game of DnD, rather than another session of NWN. Nice work.

For a first time DM you are doing well. Personally as a DM and a player I prefer the non scripted NPCs and so it was a bit disconcerting for me to have them always shouting things out and having to actually talk to them, I found the DM run NPCs were much more interesting. Overall the game is going well.
Some suggestions. Keep the party together so that you don't have some PCs talking to non-scripted/non-DM'd NPCs. This causes some immersion breakage. And it makes it harder for you as a DM, because you can't keep up with us all split up. It's hard for me as Grok, because I don't involve my char too much in the planning, he's not smart enough, but these are a few things I noticed. Keep going though, you are learning and doing fine. I have every confidence it will get better and better and I'm having fun. Thanks for your hard work and effort.

This campaign has just started, but I have to admit, it is really showing potential. The module run seems fairly standard fare, but I think the pacing was done exceptionally well, enough marauding goblins to keep us moving along, but not enough to stop some quality party interaction going on. You know something is working well when 'random goblin cave #12,548' actually seems like an adventure. I can't wait to see where this is going.

Fun game, but perhaps more due to the quality of the players than the module. The unscripted interactions with the NPC's were very well done, and everything was handled well as far as keeping everything moving. I think you guys did a fine job, but I sure hope the modules improve a bit.

I was hoping there would be more chances for you to animate a friendly NPC, as you do that so well, but the session was still a ton of fun. Thanks!

The game went very well, considering it was a short-notice one-shot, and a beta module, no less.
The DM did an excellent job adding personal touches to the game to match the party's actions and backgrounds - even to the point of editing the module before game time to add in an extra NPC!
Over all, between the players RP, the DMs inginuity and the module author's story, it was a fun and memorable session...even the small faction bug was fun! Er, did I say bug...? I meant feature!

Skeeneyman did a really good job with this mod that, I believe, was realtively new to him as well. This was only a 1-shot, but he still interacted well with each character. Also, I like how he spent time to get to know everyone's charachter in NWC long before the game started.
As far as the mod itself, it was pretty good. It was a little slow at first and a LOT of side-quests were necessary just to finish our original one...in fact, I don't think we ever actually finished the first quest that was given to us!

This was a great game. It had a plot and moved towards a goal, even though it was only a one shot. The DM did a good job of working character beackgrounds in and even was able to make it fun. Overall a great game I enjoyed playing. Thanks for the fun!

Just what the hell is going on?! :)
Way to go on making it unique, and keeping all of us, especially myself, on our toes. I'm still trying to figure out if it's a trap or not. Always a blast.

Great job once again Skeeneyman! The party's enslavement by the illithids was simply marvelous. I don't know if that was a scripted thing or some of your own DM-magic, but it really added a lot to our adventure. I look forward to our next session.

There's certainly a lot going on, plot-wise, which is definately something to be happy about, and I'm looking forward to seeing where this is all going :) Everything flowed smoothly and made sense, despite the fact that there are so many new characters to get to know, and us players [well, me especially ;)] sometimes get a little confused, but you always do a great job of helping us out. The curtain mountains, etc provided another good link between our old time, and this new one, making it seem most definately like a continuation of the campaign, rather than a totally different module. The only weak part to this new mod, I'd say, is the scripted convosations (especially Gemma, who read her father's Will without batting an eyelid lol) but you're always there to continue the convo afterwards and make it much more relevant and give the NPCs a bit of character and spunk :D
Thank you once again

That was a great game :D - you handled the transition between the two modules so well. My favourite thing was that book that Shazram found - I would never have thought of something like that - but it was so special :D There's definately a distinctly different feeling between our homeworld/time and the new module, and it does feel quite unsettling to be there! Thanks for a great game, and I can't wait to unravel more of the mystery next week :)

Great session, Skeeneyman. I'd say this was my second favorite of the campaign so far. Loved the new main bad guy...very cool. Lotsa cool treasure this round and some wonderfully balanced fights. We survived, but just barely. You didn't have much chance to run NPCs in this session, since we were mostly dealing with either bad guys or scripted NPCs, but the game ran very smoothly.

Another great game from you Skeeneyman - I really like the direction this campaign is going in :D There's such opportunity for character development and that's one of my favourite aspects about this campaign. The darkening mood is great, and I love how close we are as a group. This is definately the best campaign I've ever played in.
Thank you :)

Another great game! The dark atmosphere in the swaps was really effective, and when that huge swamp monster thingy lumbered past us in the distance I was so nervous! I really feared for our lives this game - I thought it was balanced perfectly. I had no problem with lag or anything (as usual) so that was good :) Thank you for another enjoyable evening :)

The Tomb of Horrors mod looks really slick and brings back memories of the PnP days, unfortunately with just 2 players we were badly overmatched, but never fear!
Skeeneyman to the rescue! Thanks to our great DM and SK1 we had a great session with a different mod, geared more towards Role Playing.
Had a great time, sorry I had to leave for a mini-session in my campaign at 10 and hopefully we can finish it sometime and even do SK2.

Thank you for another great game! The module is great to look at, and everything ran smoothly. It's 3:30am and I can't think of much more to say ;) but my sentiment is: great job. The only criticism I can think of is maybe the combat is a bit too easy - we basically walked all over those golems and barely took any damage... But everything else is great :D Thanks again - cya next week

I don't personally have a lot of experience, but Skeeney clearly runs a fun game. I was especially impressed by how fluidly he was able to animate the various NPCs and really add whole new dimensions to the module. It really helped foster the heavy roleplaying experience.

I think this session went well given that we had to change around our characters significantly (dropped one and added two new ones). I really liked the way things were going up until the server crash...the DM let us take it very slow on our introductions so that we could get to meet each other and try to develop the roots of our relationships.

Another great game :) I felt that the combat was well-balanced, in that I always felt a little overwhelmed by the goblin horde and never took combat lightly, yet at the same time we always just managed to get come out alive (if barely!). I really enjoyed that the combat, although necessary, was something to be wary of, and that we couldn't just wade in and emerge without a scratch :D Although it's a shame that the bleeding system didn't appear to be working; it would be great to have that in chapter 2 :) I think that the servor crash thingy at the end was probably a mixed blessing, in that it'll be good to start chapter 2 at the start of next session, and we were fortunate that you had power at all :) Thank you for a great game. I'll be sure to use the roleplay forum in the mean time...

A lot of fun. Good session. On a personal note, I was sorry that the campaign took such a dark note so quickly. I was really loving our group's upbeat sibling teasing and banter in the first session. I totally understand the need for the tragedy from a plot perspective, but I was sorry to see it turn dark so quickly. Tragedy-stricken Mae isn't as much fun.
I'm really looking forward to the next session.

Skeeneyman did an excellent job. I stand in awe of his ability to effectively jump into an NPC and roleplay them wonderfully. I was inspired, cant wait till next week!

This was such a great game. :D I was absorbed! I love our little group of characters and am really looking forward to the rest of the games in the campaign. The emote wands were a great addition *nods* I just wish I had a familiar or spoke another language just so I could use some of the other cool features! :D Thank you

Hugely fun! This was probably the best NWN experience I've had so far. The DM was great, the module was a spectacular introduction for a campaign, the other players were wonderful. Just a great session.

Soooo *laughs cause if she don't she'll cry* no way he's gonna just up and take something from the very man whose mind they just strolled through with all the monsters eh.. he really has some major questions for the mage... to.. ohh well .. guys I love you and love the game!! Ohh jeez but I love playing for all of you. Ghool as always your mods are such a visual treat, when you asked about porting me, no way did I want to skip the walk up, that's how beautiful the land is, *laughs hard* and though they needed me I kept forgetting to hurry so much it did make me want to stay and look. You guys and your building abilities are amamzing. But the story, OMG how much more amazing is that?... What a lesson the preacher had brought home with those men keeping the other fellow alive, and the journey through the entire castle, quiet a lesson being learned there. What can I say except I've been gone far far far to long from you all and never again to let this much time pass without playing with this group, that are not only fabulous mod builders, but amazing PC's and dm's, which comes from being a great storyteller and writer. I love all of you!! Ahh someone on my top five..move over LRP

Hey, you survived without Skeeneyman? He is going to be sooooo disappointed! Lets tell him it was a disaster, just to make him feel better, shall we?
Great game guys, had a good time with it, and Brother Love's introduction was handled very well.

The plot thickens... As always, the NPC's are excellently done. The gnomes were the best this session. The way that the two interacted was humorous, even in a tense moment. A lot of fun. I had a little bit of difficulty understanding what was going on after the gnomes died. Suddenly everything went bonkers with the animals and undead. But I suppose confusion is an appropriate reaction to that. Maybe things will become clearer as we talk with Willo next session. Great game again! IJ

Nice evening. Ghool's riddle was a nice touch... even though I didn't understand it all. We'll chalk that up to Troll talk. Putting in a riddle that isn't scripted is quality in my book. Couple of comments: In regards to building- it was tough to navigate in the forest (which I suppose is appropriate). Lots of trees and rocks in the way that made it harder to traverse. But no biggie. Little bit of lag here and there. But no biggie. As always, the NPCs were very good- all three of you did great with them. Good job moving the story along with the NPC's. And I loved Daryl and my other brother Daryl, Decider. You played them well. Fun night.

Let's see, we started out chained to the floor. We were then beaten and dragged out one by one to horrible painful experiments. The result of which is that we were all changed in ways we don't yet fully understand.
Yeah, I'd have to say, "A good time was had by all."
Nice work, guys, keep it up!

The tension was so thick.. you could taste it! (but don't taste the soup!) - all the little touches, so, so, well done. A great, and truly memorable game guys. Thanks a lot!

I guess I'm at a disadvantage not ever having played the PNP module, but I have to say the game went really well. The 'monsters' used tactics which made it really challenging especially to a group not accustomed to working together. I can't wait to continue.
