The best part was that the DMs were really unobtrusive. They only chipped-in when they needed to, and for the most part let the players get on with it.
The scenario was expertly crafted for beginners. Encounters were seamless and the pacing smooth.
A good introduction to an interesting PW with warm characters and great potential.

I really wish I could've stayed for the entire game, but...family comes first. I loved the plot, the little mouse, and thank you for placing my hood on so fast! That may have proved.....interesting!

Huge party which the DMs managed well, the story was not terribly complicated, but I think that is an asset since not all adventures should be some complex epic deal. Real life (even pretend real life) is really more of dealing with the small stuff that comes along, like a lich on the loose in this case. Getting too fancy would have been a mistake on a short one time event like this, and would have smacked of delusions of grandure.

Oh my gosh, that was awesome!! Totally loved the volcano, even though we had not gone through it all (yet). Loved that the water on the floor hid the traps, loved the gelatin cubes (it was the first time I actually got to see the cubes not just in a picture but live!), and loved the rope and ladder and heck the whole area we went through!! FUN!!!

Fun game, adjusted well to the changing party size. NPC helped a little bit a couple of times to keep party together and moving forward. Perhaps just a little too much treasure, but who complains about that?

This was an extremely fun game with a large party and 3-4 DMs. Spawned encounters were well placed, and multiple interesting NPCs were present throughout almost all of the three hour adventure. Bravo and thanks to all involved.
