Excellent fun, exciting times.
This GM really knows how to play on the strengths and weaknesses of a party, without danger of sending them to the afterlife.
An enjoyable mix of RP and adventure.

Top of the line DM. Trying to pull the group of players together is a challenge no doubt! I don't envy you in keeping all the players happy, but somehow you pull it off. Great ideas in plot, NPCs, entertainment. Well done.

Excellent recovery after the early crash.
The challenges were tough but not deadly (well, not for me at least), and I feel you have the balance about right.
What appear on the surface to be fairly simple exercises, highlight the startling strengths and weaknesses of the group, and lend for some keen RP.
I found the fire traps on the training course a little aggressive, however. You should bear in mind that all three may be triggered in succession.
Surely the sting of failure is more important than the amount of damage?
One other criticism -- it's very difficult to figure out who is and who isn't a Horselord. I feel 'de-facto' Horselords need to be outfitted *before* the game, not after, as this has a particular impact on the RP.
Keep up the good work. The campaign is unfolding in a mouth-watering fashion.
[growler_5001's reply to comment: Unfortunately the crash threw us for a loop this day; loot disappeared, course rebuilt hastily, encounters trashed, and outfitted players lost all gear.
*sighs* Let's hope for better conditions next time around!! :-)
