  Through no fault of you own, I keep getting a certain silver sword. I am starting to think it is fate(plus I really like all the magic in that sword). Anyway, I hope to up my magic sword to something that can actually hit the grand ghost in the tombs. Fun game, thanks for being patient with the server and letting us stubborn people play on it.

  Some technical problems delayed the start of the game awhile but once it got going it was great fun as usual.

  Nice use of CC thru out the mod, though occasionally a bit of lag due to number of active NPCs and placeables.

Adapted difficulty to the smaller than anticipated party fairly well.

A few too many traps thrown in we had no real rogue in the group.

  A little bit of a rough start, easily forgiven for the first night of a campaign. Good job at getting the game moving and having us head out for the objective, then keeping things pretty focused. Looking forward to next week and seeing where the story is going.

  Excellent game this week. DM team seemed right on. Really liked the use of special effects, was a nice surprise. Can't wait to find out what happens next week.

  The encounter with the spiders was a bit tough, with many deaths in the party. However, party battle tactics were bad and the battle might have been winable with fewer deaths by the use of better tactics so it's probably the players' fault and not the DMs. A well run, well paced session with opportunity for RP.

  An electrical storm delayed the game a pity as some player showed signs of boredom and lack of game etiquete. Other than this the DMs are a nice group of people and handled a large group of players fairly well on a beta server/game.

I think the story will flesh out as all the newbies like myself get a feel of the world and plot. poor start but shows distinct promise.

  Seems like communication between this team could be improved. One of the DM's did not show due to power issues and the coDM did not have enough information to go on. I would recommend stronger coordination between DMs via a forum or such incase this was to happen again. Despite the issues, the player team still seemed to have fun and seemed that we as a group got to carry the storyline. Still looking forward to the next session!

  Frogs and Eriniel did a good job on management when faction errors occurred in BETA development/testing of this PW. The world shows promise and the scripting seems to be spot on. Definitely not an easy PW to start in, but the DMs gave tips that helped along the way.

It will be interesting to see how Dorhal's DM Team run a more roleplaying intensive adventure or possibly even a campaign.

  Good session. I enjoyed the roleplay, and while the few fights we had weren't all that challenging, it all added to the sense of continuity. Good game; looking forward to the next epsiode.

  A change of pace from the previous games in the series. The DM's cleverly compisated for missing players and introduced new ones to fit into the plot line. Good npc interaction and plenty of clues and redherrings. Enjoyable game.

  This was a most enjoyable session, with plenty of opportunity to roleplay. The underground passage was a brilliant concept, offering a real challenge as the party had to navigate their way between the traps and still contend with groups of undeads. Congratulations to the DM team. Nice one :-)

  As I stated before, it was a much needed improvement in style of play. Combat was about a 1000 time better given the fact of no respawn. Or very little. A fun 2 hours.

  The DMs did an excellent job in providing everything that was needed for a great session. All kudos to them. Unfortunately some chaotic play prevented the session from being as great as it could have been. My thanks to the DMs.

  I was a bit harsh after the game in terms of discussing with another player the lack of roleplaying (it seemed that it was directed at the players as a failing of us) that seemed to pervade our style of play. Jach and I both ran off at times away from the party and we did not function well as group.

That being said there is good reason for this. And it goes directly to one thing:

Respawning

and that's it. Some things were supposed to change in this regard but they never did. And when your character personally kills 30 Trolls in game then you tend to adopt a more Hack and Slash attitude.

This is not rocket science.

This is constructive criticism.

To anyone going to play in one of their campaigns or one offs (all the diehards that are still clinging on) don't take things too seriously. Have fun. Its a wild power gaming romp hack and slack fiesta at its best.

Just don't expect Shakespeare. ;)

  The DMs had their work cut out for them with such a large group, but they handled it expertly. The difficulty of the battles was well-judged, even though there were a number of deaths due to player impulsiveness. Overall, a most enjoyable time was had by all.

  I think the encounters were a bit brutal. The party is not sufficiently well armed for enemies of this level. Withdrawal is hardly an option when pursued by powerful monsters over powerful traps against lag.

  A little too tough for a small group. Only divine intervention enabled us to get as far we did. Although fun it lacked a sense of achievement as we felt we only made it by the grace of god or rather the DM.

  This week the party was hurled into the frozen north, which was very realistically created with intense cold that froze them to their bones. A very well run and fun session. Thanks to the DMs who always make life interesting :)

  These guys are really fun DMs to play with. They are extremely responsive to what the players are doing and always provide them with fun challenges. One can clearly see the enormous amount of work they put in each week. They deserve a big round of applause.

  Frogs is doing well learning his craft as a DM. It is hard to temper the game to a small group of low level characters but he managed this and made it fun.

  I think our DM was solo this week this did not put a damper on events and a fast paced, fraught with danger and tough oponents romp followed for our little group.

  Some of the encounters this week were rather overwhelming, resulting in a greater than average number of PC deaths. This was exacerbated by some bad lag. The helpful dragons were a definite highlight :)

  General Hack and Slash session. I felt very unmotivated to do anything towards helping the party except die often.

Its a general style complaint that's all.

  I appreciate the DM's efforts to provide us with a good moderated game, but there are some serious balance-of-play issues at work here. There are multiple reasons for this. I don't think for a moment that they are all the fault of this particular DM (some of thems stem from settings within the module itself, I think), so I will be taking that up with the powers that be on a separate forum.

Thank you for putting in the time and effort, regardless. :)

  Fun stuff. Gave me a chance to get a better feel for my character's personality, and to roleplay without being rushed by someone running ahead of the party and triggering an encounter. I had fun with it; I do like to spend time role playing instead of just hacking my way to a 'finish line'.

One thing I did notice, though. The XP roleplaying bonuses *could* stand to be a little higher at times. I don't believe in dumping XP and treasure randomly on players, but I saw some good RP in this event, and felt it was perhaps slightly undervalued. Of course, that's probably in the eye of the beholder...

  Just when I think there couldn't possibly be anything new in this world I find more amazing areas to gawk at in wide-eyed wonder. This week it was the rocky mountains. It is clear that the builders have gone to great lengths to give us a truly different and beautiful world to play in. Luruar is spectacular.

The one stipulation I had was not knowing where we were going. Probably the PCs fault.

  Beautiful server. Whatever bugs it might have don't seem to affect gameplay too much. Good game.

There were quite a lot of monsters to slash through, but not so many that I was completely prevented from getting into my character's persona. Game balance is often a touchy thing; it seemed well-managed here.

  This was my first session with NR. DMs were good at getting me up to speed on the game and giving us a challenging time. I didn't know goblins could be that fierce!

  The players RPed. But I would say the good majority was H&S. It was fun. A good cavern romp. It seemed excessive at some points. Some characters probably felt at the wayside. Or felt left-behind. Considering there were no traps...(which I clued in on) and LOTS of goblins... it was mainly tactically something where we just melee and storm thru.

  A most enjoyable session of pure RP. The design of this world continues to amaze me. A great deal of attention is given to every detail of each session, from the area designs to the custom made creatures. There is so much eye candy that one spends a lot of time just trying to take it all in and to get one's eyes back in their sockets :)

  Slight delay in starting due to various issues most outside the DM's control. Lag though seemed to be a factor throughout and despite this the dM organised a fun game and helped merge a bunch of misfits into a well oiled unit.

  The game was late to start but not because of the DM.

This was my first multiplayer experience and it went great.

It was a fairly small area with only one NPC so there wasn't too much interaction with the DM outside of the introduction.

Fun time, will look to join one of his more advanced games now that I have my feet wet.

  Beautiful setting. Good plot, made sense and presented opportunities to really get into my character's skin. Some of the monsters were pretty overbearing for a level 1 character, but I was originally supposed to be playing a level 3 (a glitch with the character forced me to make a different one). That might have thrown things off a bit. The DM did balance it out with a few well-timed recoveries, though.

We had a lot of fun playing this one. I'll look for more single-shots in this setting.

  I dunno about the top five...you guys still have to a lot of work to do for "Dming."

Overall Luruar is amazing. The level of detail is beyond anything. And the modeling is top notch/building etc.

And there is a certain level of humor that seems absent in many a campaign.

  A slow start to this campaign, which was a good thing. It gave the party an opportunity to get aquainted through roleplay. A mixup over inn names caused the group not to progress with their mission as far as they might otherwise have done. A promising start to what looks like becoming a fun campaign.

  A complex game. Large group made up of 7 diferent countries and due to personal circumstances had to run single handedly until around halfway through the session.

Not an easy session due to both player and dm problems with their computers. A time limit also was a factor but a large mix of character classes show promise to cope with a wide range of challenges.

  It is rare indeed that I award all 10s to a session, but the Luruar team certainly earned them this week. There was not a single aspect of the game that I could mark down. Simply outstanding! Thank you, guys, for all the work you put in to giving us such a lot of pleasure :)

  It was a real fun game, very entertaining, and I am sorry for the DM who had to DM us. Alaina and me were a little eager to explore that little house, and we forgot to buy potions. *coughs*

Anyway, Silverymoon is a very beautiful server, I am happy to be able to play on it.

  What can I say the Dms for the PW world of Silverymoon / Luruar are very professional in how well they run a live event. Sometime it makes me wonder if they are actually paid by the server as they are very skilled and have never in the entire time I have been with them said anything that I have seen that would offend anyone, and they attempt to fit in a bit of storyline from the characters into the world in which they live in. If more people would take the time to actually download the haks and join one of the live event I am sure they wouls see exactly what I am saying here. GREAT JOB DM's!!!!!!! (I found it hard to see what was done by the DMs in the event versus what is non-DM involvement / scripted). I am marking this DM team into my top 5! :D (to bad I cant do that for the server as well)
