Great game, I especially like when you admitted to not being the best Elf in the world when getting healed- that was an honest moment. Cale scouts a lot for us and provides a valuable service for us as well as adding a great character. Cale is the only character who isn‘t a good guy- he‘s our own black sheep. Happy Birthday, too!

Great job - Calenglin‘s exploring the area was a very realistic thing to do (nice job finding the frost giants...I think they were even set to Hostile, so it‘s a good thing they didn‘t see you). Opus was the highlight of the evening, though - a softer side to Calenglin, and a very nifty way to find the dragon‘s lair (otherwise, your group would have headed for the high places and gotten attacked from the air!).

Great game for Calenglin - considering the situation (winter wilderness survival, lots of tracking and animal interactions), it was of course an opportunity for a ranger, but Cal was played in the role exceptionally well. Consistent role- and team- playing.

The group was not the same when Xanthippos was not with the group. Cale is a much better fit for him than Haeldren was and Cale fills an important role for the party. Xanthippos is a great roleplayer and has been with the group from the early days of the campaign and he has really helped to make the group gel. The camapign and the party are really starting to come together well after a rocky spot. Cale is a large part of the reason why the party is coming together so well. thanks, Geoff, I‘m looking forward to the rest of the campaign.

This was a tough session for an elven ranger - lots of in-town conversations with flighty humans, and waiting before heading out in the wilderness. Calenglin struck a balance between brief tracking forays into the wilderness and participating in the mystery plotline. Great job bringing out Calenglin‘s intolerance (something not seen so much before).

I love playing with Xanthippos. He plays a great Elf and a great Ranger. He stay for the entire sessiona nd has provided great stability for the party at large. You are a great roleplayer and Cale suits your playing style fantastically! I‘m glad you are playing with us on a steady basis.

Calenglin is an interesting addition to the group. I like how he's trying to tempt Nal away from Janice, viewing a 1/2 Elf & Halfling relationship as wrong- in typical Elven fashion. You play a great Elf and a great Ranger, always inquisitive and exploring a situation.

The patience involved in a very confused death-turned-captivity scene was much appreciated. Problem solving by the whole group was particularly good, even if the module didn't reward the good planning (the whispered conversation with a covering fake dialogue was priceless).

I don't understand why you started a fight with the guards. Was the paranoia an in-character rivalry between dwarves and elves? It was beginning to interfere with the negotiations. Also, I don't understand why you didn't catch on that we completed the lava & levers problem, before we went down and it didn't need to be resolved. I'll write it off as roleplaying and perhaps a bad week.

Despite his actual character's intelligence (forgivable, considering that there are few high Int characters in the party :), Haeldrin deserves a Best Problem Solving award...the cryptogram was solved mostly by him, I think...
