Joyce is certainly one of the most open-minded members of the group. She is also very observant and was quick to realise how odd the town was. Her suspicions that the group are unable to leave the town so far appear correct.
This along with her determination and certainty make for leadership qualities, and I think Joyce may just take the leader role soon enough.
On a different note, Joyce took a break from her nose-picking today and instead spilled barbecue sauce all over herself at mealtime. What a nice change, there‘s always entertainment where Joyce goes. ;)

With her nose-picking habit and know-it-all attitude, Joyce already stands out in the group and is difficult not to notice.
Whenever she is talking about something technical- she tends to come across as somewhat condescending to the others.
This first session she appeared very confident and excited- which contrasted nicely to the scepticism of some of the others. It will interesting to see how Joyce further develops. :)
