Another awsome game. I really appreciate playing with a great group like this…LION

I haven’t had this much fun with a new group in a long time. I’m looking forward to playing with you all more and getting to know your characters better. I’m very glad I decided to join in this campaign.

Comments in reference to the character Paul Wilcox a Human: An excellent job with a very tough role. Due to the nature of the campaign (all characters burning their first levels on Fighter), the spellcasting classes were unfortunately gimped; however, you absolutely made the most of it and were able to be a valuable member of the team as a wizard. Your progression, too, from fascinated by magic to intrigued at its workings to skillful employment of it was well-done and believable, always relating it to things we understood from “back home.“ It‘s always tough with this group, but for this campaign, for the additional challenge you took on and succeeded at, I give you my BiG. A pleasure gaming with you, and I look forward to many more campaigns.

Comments in reference to the character “Tiny“ Jora a Human: Tiny was the ever stalwart champion of the lightside who belived in the jedi without question. He could never be swayed by the darkside, but in a way you could say that his dedication was a sort of blind faith and that in itself isn‘t wise. Well either way tiny was fun to be around and he always tried to keep the group on the light path, without much success i might add. Hope to join you in another campain in the future.

Comments in reference to the character “Tiny“ Jora a Human: (Add Comments Here) This is a comment for the whole campaign. Another great one down and another great game. It is a credit to you that every PC you play seems to be the guy we fall back to and rely on. Thank you for the pleasure of gaming with you.

Comments in reference to the character “Tiny“ Jora a Human: Tiny was the moral compass of the group, the country bumpkin done good who wouldn‘t let his head get turned by all the glitz and glamour of his new position. You played the role perfectly, showing disappointment as one companion after another experimented with the temptations of the Dark Side, while always trying to stay true to your own principles and provide a good example. While he may never have said it, young Mencho appreciated the example. Great campaign!

Comments in reference to the character “Tiny“ Jora a Human: KotNR comments. Tiny was the rock this ragtag group of adventurers relied on to keep all sane. With various members partaking in the lures of the Sith, Tiny kept on the straight and narrow. Always a pleasure and an honour for me to game with! Sleet :)

Comments in reference to the character “Tiny“ Jora a Human: Great work distracting the chief mechanic! No matter how much Tiny professes to be the big, dumb farm boy type, he‘s got plenty of his (or his grandmother‘s) common sense and isn‘t afraid to use it in place of his fists. A valuable and welcome part of the group.

Comments in reference to the character a Human: What‘s “tiny“ about him i‘d like to know o.o he‘s a funny guy, and adds allot to the humorous aspect of the party, this is one character that NEEDS to be here.

Comments in reference to the character Flavis Orn a Human: Quite the end to a long long campaign! Glad we had this time egpaul and look forward to many more - perhaps the offspring of Flavis and Sleet take up adventuring. Flavis is the rock of the group and kept us on the path however it meandered with Lady Luck. ;) Cheers, Sleet

Comments in reference to the character Flavis Orn a Human: End of campaign review: Well, it‘s been a long road traveled by the last three standing. Throughout it all, Flavis was spiritual leader that made sense of LB‘s crazy world. I‘ve had the pleasure to play with some great rp‘ers and egpaul is one of the best! Here‘s to more fun for hopefully many more years. Mulu

Comments in reference to the character Hrolf Yngsveld: Egpaul played his character exactly as I expected based on the character‘s info / background. Darn, I should have brought a stronger female character and really worked under Hrolf‘s skin. ;) I was laughing at my desk with all the exploits that Hrolf planned for the group. It was a really fun outing and it gave all of us a chance to play something a bit different from the usual.

Comments in reference to the character Hrolf Yngsveld a Human: Hrolf was great, he lives in a world where everyones value is measured by the strength of their arm, and anything that he doesnt understand is not to be trusted. A barbarian is a bit of a fish out of water. I learned all of this in a two hour session with this character and egpaul did a great job playing his character, even when it worked to his own detriment with some of the NPC‘s. Great fun

Comments in reference to the character Jin a Dwarf (Builder): One of my longest-term players, egpaul can always be counted upon to provide unique, vivid characters. Jin is no exception; he is a character of a race unique to my setting and has helped to define my conceptualization of my own creation and how it fits into my milieu. Great use of out-of-engine play and emotes. Lots of nice RP touches, including distinctive mannerisms that are consistent from session to session. Can‘t wait to see what you come up with in the future. -LB

Comments in reference to the character Vic a Human: What a great group you have here, I enjoyed watching you communicate like you have been together a while, which I‘m sure you have. I think the Firefly verse forces you to concentrate on your chosen field more then a traditional fantasy setting would, and you guys are a good example if how Firefly should be played. It will only get better too, I just wish I could be there to witness your travels. I‘ll be there next week though. Keep the shiny side up...LION

Comments in reference to the character Flavis Orn a Human: This is a review for entire Shards of Malice campaign. Egpaul was easily the strongest roleplayer in a group of fantastic roleplayers. Flavis was the center of our group, around which all others orbited. He was both a leader and a supporter, an inspiration and dependable cleric. Roleplay like this is what makes the game worth playing. - Mulu

Comments in reference to the character Flavis Orn a Human: (Add Comments Here)Thanks for the open welcome for the new guy. I felt now of the usual new guy in the group jitters thanks to all of you. This says alot about you as players. Kudos

Comments in reference to the character Flavis Orn a Human: Flavis. My compatriot through thick and thin. He has saved Sleet so many times I cannot recall them all. Excellent roleplay and tactician. The best! :)
08/17/04
Comments in reference to the character Flavis Orn a Human: As always a grand pleasure to adventure with Flavis. Sleet would not be the same without his company!
08/01/04
Comments in reference to the character Hrolf Yngsveld a Human: Great use of Norse terminology to bring flavor to this Northerner barbarian. An excellent job integrating him into the group and the mod, and great rp‘ing, as usual.

Awesome job with the brooding Kalek today! I rarely give reviews, since we are always good ;), but this day was worth noting. You should multiclass to Champion of Torm!
06/15/04
Comments in reference to the character Flavis Orn a Human: Flavis, my old comrade is one of the best. The game would not be the same without him!
05/02/04
Comments in reference to the character Flavis Orn a Human: (Flavis is a gem - funny, charming, stumbling and caring; his hammer is an indespensible force, his healing unmatched, and his dice unbeatable! Truly the most valuable member of our party, Flavis shines each and every outing.)
02/01/04
Comments in reference to the character Flavis Orn a Human: (Add Comments Here) I can tell that Flavis will be our party‘s moral center, and you could not ask for a better one. I look forward to our dice games, So far I‘m up two gold!
01/26/04
Comments in reference to the character Kalek a Half-Orc: Kalek.. ahh the big tough ugly man who was as endearing as a teddy bear. :) I looked forward to seeing his views on life and trying to bring his mood up from his usualy sad and folorn outlook. A most excellent roleplaying experience. Look forward to more adventures with Kalek. - Sleet
01/25/04
Comments in reference to the character Kalek a Half-Orc: I absolutely loved Kalek in this campaign. He ended up being the perfect foil for the newly liberated Daria. Sullen and moody at times Kalek played his role to perfection. While it is hard to choose one Kalek was the best played character in this campaign!
01/19/04
Comments in reference to the character Kalek a Half-Orc: Not your typical half-orc. Kalek has progressed nicely from quiet, brooding fighter to a smart hero with a dark humor about him. The most interesting character in the group (IMHO) and the one I always keep an eye out for in the chat window for insightful comments on both the situation at hand as well as his own audible inner monologue.
01/13/04
Comments in reference to the character Kalek a Half-Orc: a “dumb brute“ character that is played in a way that defies simple stereotypes, Kalek is a character that is full of nuance. Egpaul plays the character as a tormented soul, in such a way that he‘s never over the top. I know I can thrown any situation at this group and get good RP. Great interactions with the other characters.
11/03/03
Comments in reference to the character Kalek a Half-Orc: As always, Kalek is the rock that this party is based on. His strength and character hold it together. Looking forward to playing more with him! - Sleet
10/29/03
Comments in reference to the character Hrolf Yngsveld a Human: (Chaos reigned in this particular game, with not much RPing, so I can‘t tell much about your character.)
10/28/03
Comments in reference to the character Hrolf Yngsveld a Human: That gladiator outfit looked smashing on you. Lucky it didnt rip when you bent over to pick up Amanda! All in all, one of the interesting chars through his rather unique personality, yet perhaps too hurried in his actions. So what if we dont get to the damn finish in time, if we had fun? So, keep up the good roleplaying act, but try to be more patient next time - Dark Anya
10/28/03
Comments in reference to the character Hrolf Yngsveld a Human: A very believable and entertaining Barbarian who was a valuable addition to the party. A bit overly eager to fight, but was justified in character roleplay. Well done.
10/28/03
Comments in reference to the character Hrolf Yngsveld a Human: (Have to say he rp his role well, right beginning he as carrying someone about then earger for battle the whole time)
10/28/03
Comments in reference to the character Hrolf Yngsveld a Human: Hrolf was an excellent part of the group, strong on dialog, effective in a fight. Good work.
10/28/03
Comments in reference to the character Kalek a Half-Orc: you really have the tormented character archetype down well. Kalek‘s persona is distinct and I think that the other players RP off him well. I am looking forward to what comes next for the gruff warrior... and how you make the transition back to Flavis in the next campaign after Legends. -LB

Comments in reference to the character Kalek a Half-Orc: A well played tragic figure, Kalek seemed to always be looking for the solution to his despair, though he‘d admit it.
10/27/03
Comments in reference to the character Hrolf Yngsveld a Human: Enjoyed playing with you!
10/26/03
Comments in reference to the character Hrolf Yngsveld a Human: Ahh, even though Hrolf was a serious character, he had me rolling in the floor. I have never seen a classic barbarian played as well. The sprinkle of old english words and phrases really added a lot.
10/26/03
Comments in reference to the character Hrolf Yngsveld a Human: Excellent barbarian -- very barbaric. Although it made me wonder what the women are like where you come from when you mistook the old man for a woman. Fun adventure though. I‘d play with you again.
10/12/03
Comments in reference to the character Kalek a Half-Orc: Kalek my 1st friend on this votage is the rock and power of the group. As smart as he is ugly. Great RP as always my friend. - Sleet
10/07/03
Comments in reference to the character Kalek a Half-Orc: Kalek is shaping up to be quite the brooding hero. The complexity of someone who wants to help others despite being shunned becuase of his looks has been very well done. looking forward to what‘s next...
10/05/03
Comments in reference to the character Kalek a Half-Orc: Kalek is an outstanding character. He is kind and caring to the other members of the party and very much the opposite of the stereotype of the dumb Half-Orc.
09/23/03
Comments in reference to the character Flavis Orn a Human: Flavis is an excellent companion in the dungeon as well as in the pub! Our friendship will continue in LB‘s new game I hope! Glad you were able to become one again with your deity and help me to NOT become a deity! :)

Comments in reference to the character Flavis Orn a Human: Flavis, Flavis, Flavis A priest, a gambler, a bit of both. This campaign has seen my buddy Reverend Orn go from a jovial priest spreading the word, and enjoying a throw of dice at the slightest excuse, to a true champion of Tymora. Through great trials that tested his very soul this character proved himself worthy. Perhaps now that our adventures have ended for the time being Flavis will get to enjoy himself and test his luck against those shifty acolytes in his temple.

Comments in reference to the character Flavis Orn a Human: A great player, really came into his own in this campaign. Ran with a complex RP situation that ultimately drove the plot of this module. Very consistent as his character and great interactions with the other players. His use of buffs doubled the combat effectiveness of the party (as became evident whenever the group engaged enemies without those protections in place). Best in game, LB

Character Played: Flavis Orn (Human): ------------------------- Flavis is our healer and sprititual guide. He will do his best to relieve us of all our hard earned loot with the toss of his dice.
